Hey Baron I'm surprised to see that you like these designs. Their about as far away as possible from your classic 70's style robots. They are cool designs though.

Intriguing! Considering that Nagano doesn't want to license out his designs for action figures, I suppose going the illicit-third-party-manufacturer route is the only forseeable way. Too bad it's not one of the more recognizable mortar headds, but frankly I'll take anything I can get at this time.

Hey Baron I'm surprised to see that you like these designs. Their about as far away as possible from your classic 70's style robots. They are cool designs though. Yes ! Yes but sometimes in difference their is likeness...Its because each has something unique about them, even though utterly different, its the same with classics, each have a look or gimmick to their character, unlike other modern robots such as gundam and new transformers etc which all look alike to me,boxy thrown together scrap at random, these have true thought out design for arts sake, not just to try and make a robot look badass .I also like the medieval look to them, the swords some are samurai, some iron age etc, antennae and almost biological flair to their intricate tentacles etc etc, each has a strange helmet or odd striped horns that make them stand out from each other AND the crowd, just like Mazinger is different from Gaiking, but both represent a whole.Im an artist I can see the creator was a true one, these are real art design, not a ripoff of every other modern robot, but truly unique from any other design Ive seen, true style. And thats why! LOL

The IMS Terror Mirage is going to be 12,000 yen...
That makes it the second most expensive in the series behind the LED Mirage.

Bandai just put up a survey on their Robot Spirits line. One of the questions was what new line of figures people wanted to see next from them. And lo and behold, FSS somehow made it on this list. It's causing quite a stir on Twitter right now. I highly recommend you guys fill out this survey too, because this may be the one and only time we have any chance of good FSS toys. p-bandai.jp/enquete/1000003703/

I'd be amazed if Nagano allowed his creations to be licensed out into the RD or SRC line, especially since he's become convinced that he needs to wipe out 15 years of FSS history and designs and remake it, but we can dream!

Did the survey, but mostly is about Robot Spirits Sirbine's product feedback than anything else. I did mention want to see Aura Phantasm, OVA Zwarth, and FSS products in the future. Hope they listen

FSS toys from Bandai would be awesome. Ideally I'd want something higher than RD quality to do the FSS designs justice, but anything mainstream (even if web exclusives) would be awesome.

So to continue the talks volks has a us webstore now. I just found an image from someone on ig that showed they had a display at nycc. I could not find any more info or reports on it tho. volksusa.com/event/2016animeexpola/item_robo.htmlThe vids I saw of their 200$ mirage kit is it looks good even without paint. Maybe some minor touch up or painting the frame. I hope they do more kits. I'd still like to see an action figure for them or a gokin. I don't really want to mess with any resin kit.

Ahhhhh, I want that LED Napalm so badly. I bought a resin kit of the LED Mirage V3 about 15 years ago but never got around to building it (Resin...). I'd love an easier built and poseable version.
EDIT: Actually those prices for the IMS kits are pretty good! Hot damn. I may need to finally pick some of these up.

Let us know how you like them. I want the LED, but I rather not have the napalm version. I figure if it was just a variation of the figure it would be closer to the $100 range, and I would bite. I dig the translucent armor. The shame is, I read it requires glue so you can't pop the armor on and off for the skeleton, which itself is a work of art.

1/100 Volks Knight of Gold and Auge plastic version is still in development. And another variant of the LED Mirage, but without the flamethrower. Should be much cheaper.

I wish I had time to build models anymore. I should probably just try to ebay my old resin kits and be done with them :/
