Well, I'll do some screen caps later to show you. Just like all the other 1970's Super Robot anime, it is drawn different from one episode to the next. So, it still is anime accurate even if you don't want to think so.

I personally would've liked if it went inside the Spacer a little more, so more of the torso would be hidden. In the anime they sometimes show a huge Spacer, sometimes an appropriate size Spacer, and sometimes a small Spacer. But most of the times, Grendizer's body sits deeper inside the Spacer than it does on the ET figure. }D

I don't think so it just looks silly in my opinion ! I won't display them together on the same shelve (if I got one)

I do get what you're saying, but if it appears like that in the anime, then technically it is anime accurate, right? It's like the many versions of Mazinger with different crowns, of pileders, or faces, or colors... they are all anime accurate because they drew it like that in the anime - not in some company poster or fan made picture. }D

Looking at the ET Grendizer inside the Spacer, it does look like Grendizer is in the process of "shooting out". }D

By that logic, you don't have a single accurate version of Mazinger Z because none of your figures have white hands or a smooth facegrill. Were Grendizer animated today, I highly doubt the torso-to-spacer proportions would be all over the place like they were in the original anime, simply because animation budgets have gotten a lot higher since the 1970's. Thank you ... exactly ! also as for grendizer in the anime we have an official blueprint of him docking in spacer that we see in lots of episodes as well as the ending song and it is clearly that spacer should be much bigger

i think this figure look good in the Spazer
but for me the best Grendizer in a Spazer goes for the SOC GX-04S
also the Fewture Spazer but i need to see it in person to know for sure i hope Fewture don't delay it this month too

there's a second torso, maybe it's for in the spazer, it's not clear on the instruction sheet...

So... it is anime accurate. More so, if you want to take it further, the Manga Grendizer is the original Go Nagai Grendizer, and that one has a tiny Spacer. I am not disagreeing with you that a bigger Spacer looks better. I am disagreeing with your statements that it is not anime accurate, because it is. }D

That had been done numerous times, just so you know. No loose definition here buddy. Simple as if it appears in the anime, it therefore is anime accurate. Which part of that is so hard to understand. I think you want the anime to look like what companies put out, but it is hardly ever like that. You just don't favor the actual anime look. You favor a nice looking toy look instead, even if it isn't ad anime accurate as it can be. }D

I am asking you if a company did a mazinger figure with horribly huge head and idiot looking face with white fists (like shown in some episodes) would you consider that an anime accurate toy? Which part of that is so hard to understand? any way ... if you love it then good for you ... obviously you think it is what you think it is ... otherwise why did you buy it then? BTW … would it fit in Bandai’s SOC spacer? How does it look in relation to the SOC Grendizer?

Is that so hard to understand? Should I draw a picture for you? It is not if I like it or not either. It is the FACT that it appears like that in the anime, which seems something you cannot grasp in your head. If a company makes a Grendizer with a small Spacer, which did appear in the anime, then it is anime accurate. If a company makes a Mazinger with white fists, which appeared in the anime, and has been done, it is anime accurate. Do I like it - No. Is it anime accurate - Yes. You know, two plus two equals four, so why continue to try to make it equal five? Maybe the ET Grendizer fits in the SOC Grendizer Spacer, but why would I bother to put it in there when it comes with a perfectly accurate Spacer of its own. }D

hmmm... you must be on some medication, because I have been writing the same thing over and over again, in kindergarden words, for you to be able to understand the simple fact that... if it appears in the anime, then it is anime accurate in toy form as well. 16 simple words... Hope you get better soon. }D

I don't understand why it's all so very serious lol. If it was in the anime it's anime accurate as TMZ said. I have to agree even if it was a mistake white hands etc etc
