Heh, Bandai is not really letting any piece of info slip out of their mouths. We don't even know for sure if it's going to be an SOC well as the title of the thread say on top "Soul Of Chogokin 40th Anniversary"....it didnt said DX 40th anniversary or an SRC 40th anniversary... that could obviously be a clue.... I would actually love an SRC version for more articulation! I could then probably display my SOC version in vehicle modes and have the SRC do all the dynamic robot posing.

Personally, I've never seen a transforming SRC robot. Let alone a combining one! Nope, can't do it when the pieces are that small. But if you scale them up, the price grows too. Then why make a Voltes SRC? Unless you're fne with a non-combining, only posable version :-\

They don't do any bot-combining or something like Voltes V.

I have a perfect fusion Studio Half Eye GaoFighGar, and it is about the SRC Mazinkaiser size. I also have a Banpresto fully combining Combattler which is exactly SRC sized. It is as articulated in combined form as the SOC version. It would cost more for sure, but it can be done. However, why make ir a combiner anyway. It would be just like the Sentai and Brave SRCs. }D

I just want it to be able to do more dynamic poses so I can take pics of it As great looking as the SOC is, it's very limited as to what you can do with it.

Unless you're fne with a non-combining, only posable version :-\ Ive got a smallest combining voltes v gashapon figure, its around 3-4 inches in height when combined, thou its not an src but still it can combine for its small size, imagine what bandai can do to their src line up, in terms of articulation im pretty sure bandai can do it, I would like to see an src size voltes v so I can have a variety of scale, instead of repaints...

On no, that's a crude little combiner. Check this one out: Bandai Gashapon combining Combattler V next to Bandai SRC Reideen All that needs to happen is to change some of the parts to metal, and BOOM!... SRC Combattler V combiner! }D

Back to the 40th Anniversary releases, I can't believe we're already in August, and not even a peep since that infamous picture was shown back in June 11th. I hope the wait is worth it... }|
