After Chogokin Hello Kitty i wonder what next maybe Soul Of Chogokin Sponge Bob Chogokin Pikachu with lightning effects parts! Bandai will surely make a lot of money when they issue a Chogokin Smurfs! Just imagine the lineup, Papa Smurfs, Brainy, Smurfete, Hefty, Gutsy, Vanity....and the list goes on.....lol

whoa, prices sure rise fast. i bought a piece from NY at ¥30000, approx ¥40000 shipped (EMS) which is pretty darn expensive. think wont be long before it starts hitting ¥40000 at online shops.

The longer this goes on and see all the rising prices, the more I worry BBTS might not be able to fulfill all their preorders. Anyone else who preordered from BBTS worried?

Makes me regret passing on the original GX-31 (used) at around $200 or so.

Mine is in BBTS POL. I preordered on the first day though. When did those of you who still hasn't gotten their order processed preorder your Voltes?

Awesome! Thanks for the head's up! I'm curious, when the GX-31V came along, did Bandai do multiple runs on the set, or just one run? I'm wondering what their strategy is with the 40th set now.

Went back to the thread and saw that someone posted that BBTS had put up the preorder around 11pm the day before. I do remember placing my order around midnight so you could say that I ordered the first day as well.

Not sure what time zone you are in. I wonder how BBTS prioritize filling order, by order time or name or perhaps by sales volume??

According to my confirmation emails, it looks like I placed an order for Mazinger at midnight and then Voltes at around 9am. I do remember placing an order at midnight but I don't remember making one in the morning LOL. What the heck was I thinking?! Either way it looks like I'm way back in the cue. Sigh.

Guys does it really matter who place the 1st order? The reality is Voltes V is a HOT commodity in the chogokin market, thats why the supply was Not enough for the high demand of it. Lets just be patient and hope Bandai will make more and make us all happy. If your really eager and have a ton of cash in hand, evilbay is always around the corner or NP.

^ The worry is if BBTS cancels our order because of the shortage. Remember, BBTS already cut down the number of orders even in the pre-order stage last year. So those who got their V5 from BBTS already are super lucky imho. I am in no rush but I do want to get my share

I don't think it's just due to the high demand, somehow, Bandai really made short production numbers on Voltes. Even in light of so many preorders. It's like they saw it coming and still flat out ignored it. Now the big question is will they do a second production run or is this it? On the flip side, the only silver lining I can see here is hopefully in light of the high demand Bandai might consider releasing Camp Big Falcon... I hope. Gold

Gold I just hope it will be like a compact or more compact than the third party Camp Big Falcon that was available when teh GX-31 came out.. as much as I like that.. it is too bulky :-) maybe if it was 20 percent more compact.. :-) and more anime accurate :-)

Another great question... If you had to choose one over the other... Would you prefer Bandai make a Camp Big Falcon or Solar Falcon? I know the best answer would be BOTH!!! But, which would you want first? For me, Solar Falcon all the way (since I have a Camp Big Falcon Already) Ah... Wishful thinking

I think I would like to get the Camp first so I can put my currently non-existent 40th there and keep my regular GX-31 in combined mode. I already have the third party camp but I'll get rid of it in a heartbeat if they came out with this! And then they need to make solar falcon right away. And then SH Figuarts versions of the team and maybe a chogokin version of tako-chan/octo-1. Throw in a SOC Boazanian robot to complete the diorama. I'm not asking for much. Come on Bandai, it's a cash cow waiting to be milked!
