yup saw this, i never expected they would do that version. i remember when Capcom show it to everyone as been an official figure as well a new Megaman X game just to be said later its April Fools. This design alone made such a hype about it in the Megaman fandom community which literally no one said anything negative about it. But when they said it was April fools...oh boy...the rage...the anger...the hatred, dang!! the timing for it was really bad since the fandom was still hurt for all the cancellation of the Megaman games that Capcom has done. Im extremely happy to see this design to be made. This is how he looked painted of the April fool joke. here some pics of the figure in works more pics can be seen here Exclusive First Look: "Mizuno Mega Man X" Figure Here is some extra pics of taken from the NYCC info - 15cm (6 inches) in height, roughly in line with Bandai Figuarts MM figures - Diecast armor on the chest, shin armor and feet - 20 points of articulation - LED functional X-Buster (can be swapped to either hands) - 2 additional set of hands (fist and splayed) - Extra faceplate ("shouting") - Swappable back thrusters (opened and closed) - Attachable blast effect accessory for the X-Buster - Tentative March/April 2015 release - Produced by TruForce Collectables - Bluefin distributing in North America - Colored prototype will be on display in February at the New York Toy Fare - Price is TBA Since its gonna have some diecast it might be a bit more expensive than the SHFiguarts figures, specially since its gonna have a led X-Buster. but i have to say this is how i would imagen X in the mught more future sort of speak and i might get it on the long run.

This is so great. I hope to quality comes out well. Capcom has gone on record that they would sell individual properties. I would like to see someone line Nintendo or Sony get megaman.

It was part of an April fool joke, But this design made such a hype that even Capcom became baffle by it of how pretty much everyone reacted to it and loved it. Wish i could say the same thing with the games though but i hope this to have a good start and possibly to help to make future megaman games.

It's supposed to be a parody of Hajime Katoki's design aesthetics for his Gundam sub-line, hence the "ver. ka" boxart. i see, thanks for the info....very nice design of Megaman X....you can tell how Megaman evolve as time goes by....same as fans getting more and more matured!!!

Guys, TrueForce opened a kickstarter for this figure: If goal is met, and no unexpected delays, figures will be released on September 2015. This figure is so awesome looking that it encouraged me to back them! So I pledged $230, for "the original figure, shirt, print and color variant but this color variant has exclusive colored effects parts! Fiery red ones to be exact." So if this thing kickstarts, I will be getting two awesome figures! I hope that they succeed. Hopefully, they will get more Capcom licenses. And we can finally get appropriate Tech Romancer die cast robots.

Seeing they have the license, I will likely back this as well. I wonder why they are going this route. It must be a sort of presale tactic vs the need to raise money. I want to see how it turns out.

I like to back the project at the $80 level to get the figure. I like the design and I have been waiting patiently for some kind, any kind of die cast Megaman figure. Why haven't Bandai release a chogokin Megaman is beyond comprehension. Megaman is a robot, should be in metal form.

My review of the blue version is up. Where the rest of the review. I am waiting for BBTS. How does it scale with the Bandai D-Arts?
