Actually eBay/PayPal changed the protection period to 180 days from 45 days. So I guess just as long as your estimated receive date falls within this period you should be ok. Must have been a lot of sellers taking advantage of the old policy which caused eBay to update this.

I have a friend going to Tokyo on june 1st.
Except Yodobashi camera toy floor (Shinjuku), where can I get this thing ?
Mandarake special in Akiba or Nakano are good but not dedicated for brand new toys.
Price is insane now... last PO at NY stop at Yen 26 000...
(supposed to be released in end of may)...

Why is this toy so...high in demand? I mean, we've seen our share of DX Chogokin Macross toys...or does Macross Plus just got such a following?

it amazes me, I always considered Plus one of the worst parts of Macross.. I think I even liked 7 better.

I didn't like plus when I first watched it. Then I watched it again, and again, and every time I watch it I like it more. It's not SDFM but it's a vital part of Macross nevertheless.
Having said that, I'm happy with my Arcadia and happily skipping this. Actually, the VF-30 might have been my last Bandai valk and I haven't even opened that one.

Any chance to get it somewhere ?
I know that Shinjuku bic camera toy floor have pretty nice low prices on new items (with limited stocks)...
Except this one, do you know which shops are on the trigger with these items (brand new toys) ?

Shops are ordering from Bandai suppliers and those are giving limited quantity to make prices rising.
Maybe Bandai decided to shrink DX production quantities.
