Sentinel put up a video showcasing some product photos of this guy. Knowing Sentinel and how big this guy is he will probably cost a small fortune. LOL

Now that I've watched the video I think I like it. I don't own anything from Sentinel so I'm familiar with their build quality. That being said I'll still get one I guess.

No worries Inebri.
If the feet are diecast and the price is kept at around $200, its not too evil. Course if it had led like Re Edit War Machine then it def be more palatable....but i figure the licensing fee for Kaiser is considerable.

Aw. Why would you post those diecast pics for me...? sigh.....so bought! Haha excellent, my work as a Sentinel representative is done. On a serious note I don't have a single Mazinkaiser in my collection, but I'm interested to see what the designer:Chemical Attack is going to bring to this classic design.

More considerable than War Machine? Yeah, id only guess. Id say although gaining popularity, War Machine is a newer secondary foreign character to Japanese market, which Bandai caters to formost. I also dare say, Kaiser is percieved more marketable in this field, especially domestically. Not that War Machin is not awesome nor unwanted, because i started my collection on him Then there is tendency to overvalue domestic property.......not that Kaiser doesnt warrent the due respect. Lol

I personally don't mind that this figure does not have 80% metal since the riobot line focuses more on articulation and styling. I think the diecast content is sufficient and is the average amount seen in most chogokins today from the larger Japanese toy companies. The aoshimas were cool, but they did not have as much articulation or moving parts. I would definitely not want a hyper articulated robot with sliding panels, moving parts and gimmicks to be made mostly of metal with the fear of mass paint chipping, loose joints and other problems that diecast can bring with the addition of a multitude of moving joints.
