awesome piece. still considering hard whether to preo it. had stop collecting HT stuff for awhile, but the hulk buster is simply irresistible. the price tag is a big stumbling block for me though.

So, will this piece have any diecast parts?

dont think there would be much if any, otherwise, the price would be exorbitant.

I knew it... it was only a matter of time... Man that thing is gorgeous That price though... I mean, I could save up for it, sure. By not buying anything else in these upcoming months can't do it, got many things on my wishlist. Besides, I don't have the space to keep a 55 cm figure at the moment (I know that's 1/6th scale, but it's practically jumbo-sized) so I think I'll pass, for now. Who knows, maybe one day I'll be able to find it in the aftermarket for less than 1,000$, hehe... sigh..

he looks amazing.....thank you for posting this.
but dont go in thinking he will have ton of metal because of chogokin designation though. i just found out that only his face mask (not the whole head), gold bits and pieces on his chest and shoulders, knee parts that surrounds the "knee lights" and bottom of his feet are diecast. thats no more then 10 percent of him thats gokin. i really hope the joints are diecast. say what you want, but i need atleast 30 percent metal for in order for toy to get The chogokin designation.
but if its anything like konig monster, i will get him.

Damn! That's one expensive mother******! This must be the licensing cost, as Bandai has made larger figures with more metal contents which are less expensive. Can it house a normal shf Iron Man inside?

Looks like there's another contender to the high end Hulkbuster armor race, and in diecast too:

Bandai's Hulkbuster weighs an impressive 1.2kg or 1200 grams! That's pretty damn heavy for a figure that's not covered from head to toe in diecast.
