ok.....this black getter is FIERCE!! i will gladly take some of the negative things i said about this Black Getter.
if it wasn't a $330 all plastic with Gundam feet, id be all over it!! love the cloth cape! i love how they didnt go stupid on weathering like they did on Liger.
ThreeA is def getting better. close, but not yet for me. can someone please confirm he is indeed all plastic? if his feet are metal i might get this guy...
The Black Getter looks real real good.

If so, I would hold out for this one instead of the Black Getter w/Red, which doesn't make sense. |

The red/black looks sweet. I never liked the purple and have no idea where that came from but Black Getter is a Getter 1 with attitude it should have some red from it's roots.

the red getter is a must for me but im not sure about the black one
also if they release them together it will be very bad markting move for me personally i dont have a $600 laying around in the moment and im sure alot of collectors just like me
so i hope they give us red first then after some time atleast a month they give us the black getter

Might as well buy the Black Getter at Threezero store for $330 (includes shipping in price) for that amount at HLJ...that is, if you like the look of the Black Getter with extra accessories and it is exclusive/limited. Get the Red Getter later if cash is an issue.

yeah , on this guy it woudlnt take much to tip me to the other side.
its because i do really really like this black getters design. i just feel they gave up or got lazy on designing feet and stuck Those dam Gun-dam feet. if youre going to copy something, dont copy one of the most famous and....admitedly most widely copied mecha design. *gasp* why not just do Getter feet on a Getter? too obvious? its one of those decisions just boggles MY mind.
having said that, if those things were metal.... they'd have me in an instant lol.

Yeah.
Josh tried hard to make it seem like a worthy product, but it's really quite unimpressive and very underwhelming for a $300+ figure.
Can't properly hold the tomahawk is a pretty major issue, imo.
The face/head is also quite disproportionately small. It's like they were mimicking Bandai's SRC Shin Getter's stupid tiny head proportion shenanigan.
Maybe the Black version will fix or correct all the wrongness of this red version.

Maybe the Black version will fix or correct all the wrongness of this red version. exactly my feeling, what really turned me off is the face its just dont to fit it, i feel the Mazinger Z they made is better than this figure not to mention the batteries are hard to find and expensive i will wait for reviews and my friends feedback before i get it |

I really like the look a lot...but I just can't get past the fact that this is a $300+ figure built entirely of plastic. Furthermore, ever since treatment mentioned it I can't get past the fact that the damn head looks so disproportionate to the rest of the body.

and seriously, why do they have such a massive erection for putting giant handles on their figures? I'm sure the Dinosaur Empire will appreciate having an easy way to grab Getter's legs with those convenient handles.
