The jumbo thread has been a bit quiet so I thought I'd update my list of Popy Jumbos from hardest to easiest to find.
About a year and a half ago I posted the last one.

I didn't include villains or Shogun Warriors, you can pick up any Shogun Warrior at any time it seems like.
I think anything from 1-15, the difference in rarity is minimal as we've seen a bunch of Daidenjins pop up before.
This list isn't about what's most popular or expensive as Voltes V would blow most of these guys away.
Also didn't distinguish between boxed or loose.
If I were to include different brands, the most rare Jumbo would be Diojya. Don't remember seeing one the past 5 or so years I've been looking.

I beg to differ  . From the list I note specifically the following: - Daidenjin, Gordian, T17, Danguard (about 2-5 each in the past year in various conditions) - Dyoja ..2 sold this year and prices imo were high but still relative to the above, ok. - Spazer, surprisingly, theres quite a few of these out there ...so many i lost count - Similarly lots of Taro and Leo loose Think what you said earlier is accurate. May not be that rare but if popular, prices are still steep. Coincidentally, there are some which I dont see at all, for example Astro Mu, Getter 3. |

That is a heck of a list!! Whoever has these is a lucky person. What would the ones in top 5 run? Do I need to sell my house? Lol. Might as well shoot for the top five dont ya think?

The cost depends on condition and if the box is there. I wouldn't just get the top 5, as the best pieces may not be the rare pieces. I'm in no rush to get a Robocon or Daiku Maru as those don't look as good displayed with the rest of the ones I already have. Also, I think if we're just talking about loose figures, all the 1st edition Shogun Warriors were the same as the Popy versions so that would make those a lot more plentiful than I had on the list.

But Daiku Maryu is so full of awesomeness! I think he blows a lot of the other jumbos out of the water in how beautifully made he is.

I do agree that it takes up real estate though and kinda out of place with jumbos. I would have that sucker all by itself though because it deserves that honor. |

Yeah no doubt Daiku is a nice toy. It just doesn't fit with the rest of the Jumbos I have on display. It would have been cool if they made one big enough to match with the other jumbos like the did with the Spazer. How kick ass would it be to be able to attach the Popy Gaiking to it? Why does Gaiking have the function of turning it into the head if they didn't make the body to attach it to?
Just kidding but it still would have been cool but probably the size of a motorcycle.

Yeah, shipping for a regular Daiku was bad enough imagine what it would have been with something that big!
He displays fine you just have to get creative.

I am thinking of selling my robot factory Daidenjin. I want the whole line but do not know if that is even possible. I think they are the best looking robots and have such a grailness over all the other jumbos. Too damn hard to get is my problem, but that is what makes it fun I guess.
