So the sequel to the combiner wars is going to be head masters. The series is called Titans Return. I got to sit in on the panel at NYCC, and it looks promising. I snapped a few pics, and linked to the official items pics at tfw.
From what we have seen some of the figures are good, and have lots of potential. Sadly, a bit of the hollow designs we have been seeing in some of the generations and leader class figures is also in this line. I know we are getting some larger bots, possibly retooled from Metroplex. The Combiner wars will be still going on next year, and they said their current strategy is make a theme last 3-4 years instead of just a single year.
The new online show coming out has lots of potential. The guy involved worked on anime like Aeon Flux, and some other big ones. This story will be targeted to adults and likely be considerably more violent than what we had been used to for TF animation. Other than some faults on the hollow designs, which 3rd party will likely fix, it all looks promising.

Either next wave, takara, or exclusive. It's too close for it to just be coincidence.

I would not be surprised if Sentinel Prime does not also get an Omega Sentinel repaint/tool. When you consider the name, and the alt modes, it almost seems to pay some homage to the character. I think that might make a cool exclusive.

So I think I read or heard some guys hypothesize how Hasbro could release some deluxe limbs from Combiner Wars (namely the rest of Computron and/or Deluxe Groove?) into Titans Return.

You guys think that's doable or it's utter baloney?

They made it sound like it doesn't really end, just keeps evolving and growing for a few years.

Yeah...it's unfortunate. Which is why the 3rd-party TF-makers have IMO, taken it to Hasbro and TakaraTomy...MakeToys, FansToys...all have nice amounts of metal (esp. the latter).

You guys know how there are Titan Masters with vehicles/little animals that the Titan master can interact with to make different vehicle modes and such? Like Nightbeat, Brawn, Clobber (Grimlock), Crashbash (Squeezeplay), Loudmouth (Siren), Apeface, Skytread (Flywheels), etc.?
