They are legit, been around a number of years serving the Transformers crowd. Though recently they ran short on fulfilling a big Diaclone item preorder on some, and that have some folks a little upset. But that is just one individual case. They are normally pretty good. I bought from them a few times. |

Thanks. I feel better knowing that. 🙂 If they come through I'll have another potential domestic source to order from. Most of my previous ones have dried up over the years. does anybody think the pilot figure looks a bit small ? That's why it came with 2 figures. Big one for posing and recreate anime magic standing outside, and the non-poseable one sitting in the cockpit. |

LOL...yeah, the anime is a sci-fi adaptation of Wu Chengen's fantasy novel "Journey to the West." Jan Coogo is supposed to represent the Monkey King, fighting with his powerful staff while standing on his space ship just like the Monkey King fights while standing on his magic cloud. Many of Jan Coogo's powers in the anime mirror the Monkey King's, like making himself grow into a giant at will, creating duplicates of himself to confuse his enemies, etc.   The anime was really cool for kids. But once you learn about outer space and the laws of physics you go "wait, they're fighting in space. Why are they acting and moving like they are within a planet's atmosphere, with sound, natural light, and gravity? And why are they riding their space ships like skateboards or surfboards?" |
