I was hoping to locate some HIROGRIM Artwork for this character before posting, but so far I have not yet found anything. If anyone finds artwork of this character please do post it. After about 6 months and a seemingly endless run of color variations, it appears that they have done the impossible: Actually CREATED A NEW CYBORG costume sculpt! Usually after a dozen or so colors they do eventually get around to making NEW characters (or remaking more OLD characters, as the case may be.) Below is the latest reinvention of one of Takara’s Classic Walder Characters. It’s named Akuma Kaijin. It just came out, so expect to be seeing it on Yahoo Japan soon. For detail comparison here is the Original 1970’s Satan King costume: Now behold the 2005 version: Akuma Kaijin! Scary looking, ain’t he? Sorta makes the one I grew up with look like a muppet : ( I like the subtle evolution of the sculpt from the old version to the new version. The first versions come out in unpainted vinyl. After those sell out, there will be countless repaints and vinyl color variations released here and there on every major and minor holiday and toy show for the next 6 months. Sure to be marketed in all sorts of wacky ways to all the lucky collectors living within the borders of Japan. Thankfully Valentine’s day is past and we don’t have to worry about releases of a PINK version ; P In a month or so, a painted version should be showing up, making him look a little more like the devil we all know. Cheers, Guy

yes!!!!! That looks totally awesome! I still maintain that the original looks pretty bad ass though....
Do you think that there's any way us poor ba$t*rds in North America could get an order together to get a few of these costumes at a cut rate?

Well, I would suggest we email info@secret-b.com and ask them. Now if we lived in Japan, there would already be a “Robot-Japan” exclusive color variation figure or two by now. C’mon guys let’s get with the program. - Guy
