The smaller one is the original release. Shoulders are bit different, as well as front skirts. The solo pics are of the new release. It's weird because ShowZ/Gundamit is using pics of the original to sell the new one? I think the new one looks lanky and too skinny, just my personal opinion. The original was already in correct 1/72 scale at 25cm (Strike Gundam height is 17.72 meters gundam.fandom.com/wiki/GAT-X105_Strike_Gundam ).  |

Someone posted a review on Gundamit:
"Show Z store prices keep going up and their product quality keeps going down. This is another fine example of that. I got a product with poor quality control and various issues. Your mileage may vary... Im sure the paid reviews will come along shortly and give this "5 stars" The Paint: This arrived like a half finished Master Grade model. The arms are painted/decals placed properly but the blue parts were not. The head and other various parts had uneven clear coat on them. The Body: The Hips were loose , the ankles were loose and the main torso was loose. The moment you put the AileStrike Backpack on it falls backwards. This thing will not hold poses and will not stand up on its own power. Must use stand! The flaps around the waist have poor rubber joints and are hard to keep in a pose. Even on the stand the hips were loose and the legs wobble at the slightest motion. The Arms/Shoulders/Elbows are the only joints without issue. Aile Strike Pack: This was the only thing that arrived in great condition. The paint was perfect , the joints were stiff , the detailing was much like the actual Metal Build version. It fits nice and snug on the gundam and is the only problem free part of this kit. Accessories: This includes two beam sabers , the standard shield , the beam rifle and two knives in the side skirts. It also has a mediocre stand and some "samurai" type armor w/ an extra head.. probably to get around copyright issues. I had to tape the Aile Strike Pack to the stand in order to display it properly , other wise it falls back like its looking at the ceiling."
