Hi Gang,
If you haven't noticed, I updated the Bruneau and Company banner today. It has a superb Mekanda Robo DX boxed set for sale, tons of epic Star Wars for sale, then a Jumbo Machinder or two.
I quickly noted an AFA Optimus Prime 85, Megatron, Daioja, AFA Voltron, Daitaron DX Electromotive.... ..
Please check out the link. They've been a great support of our site & help pulling off our Summit in FL.

Hi Guys, As Ed has posted above this will be the first in an ongoing series of toy auctions around the country. Here is a link from RI Comic Con with more info: www.ricomiccon.com/#!auction/qfa4k Here is a link to the main auction on auctionzip: www.auctionzip.com/auction-catalog/catalog_1PJJYP22BJ Here is a link to the photo preview gallery, also on auctionzip (please see individual item listings for full photos): www.auctionzip.com/cgi-bin/photopanel.cgi?listingid=2649703&category=1&zip=02910&kwd= It is being run in conjunction with RI Comic Con and Travis Landry (you may have seen him on various collectible shows on television) and Kevin Bruneau of Bruneau & Co. If you went to the summit in FL, then you most likely got to meet Travis and Kevin in person. The first major auction will be the one above, next month. I have several rare and vintage lots consigned to this event (per Ed's permission, I will be making a separate post in for sale listing those items/info). The auction can be bid on from anywhere in the world, by phone, absentee, or live bidding. Live bidding is available on several platforms (auctionzip, eBay, etc) and you can also attend the event and bid live on the auction floor. This event is literally minutes outside of Providence in Cranston, RI. I will be at the auction the day of the event and a few other RJers have told me they will try to attend in person as well. I can tell you that I have been able to preview the lots available as the catalog was being built and the diversity and quality of items is amazing. They've covered the bases from vintage Star Wars, to Japanese diecast and vinyl. All items were hand picked and there are several amazing AFA pieces available if you are into great collectibles like that. There is a buyers premium as usual with auctions like this, please see the Bruneau site linked above for full terms. I will be glad to answer any general questions you may have about the event, if you cannot reach the auction house directly. Hope to hear from you guys and/or see you there! Full Disclosure: I have known Travis for a few years and collector to collector, we have helped each other out in the past, coming up with good finds or parts that either of us needed for our personal collections. I was also the first person to consign toys to the event, and I am assisting/helping in general due to my familiarity with specific areas or types of vintage toys. I am not receiving anything for my assistance.

Do I have to register to see detailed pics of the items? I was browsing through and it seems I can see only 1 pic per item and there's no details as to the condition/completeness.

Some items have multiple pictures in the individual listings rather than that full gallery. Go to the main auctionzip link and then into the individual lots.
I can tell you that the toys that should have overlays have them. Some stuff is not pictured.
I will ask Travis and if not I may be able to get additional pics to link or post. Sometimes with gallery auctions they don't go crazy with pictures though. The items are in great shape though.

Man great list of stuff. But why are the starting prices to the Star Wars items so high? Seems a little unbalanced compared to the starting prices on the robots. And some of the robots are individually worth more. I'm figuring its more for a reserve?

The starting price is half of the low estimate.

Most of the auction houses I have dealt with in the last year have been 23% or higher. I think I had one place that was still 20%...
Costs are rising for everyone.

****Online bidding is available now, and bids are starting to come in already. If anyone has questions please let us know.**** Hi Ginrai, I am from Taiwan, and I am very interested in several items from the auction. I tried to sign up an "Auctionzip" account, but it doesn't list Taiwan in the "Country" section. I am just wondering if it is possible for you guys to arrange the internatinal shipping to Taiwan? Could you please help me on this issue? Thanks. Best regard,

Hi, Taiwan is not a problem at all. You can bid through eBay live bidding if you have an email account. I like auctionzip better. You can also email Bruneau Auctions directly on their website and they can help you get registered. They already have several foreign bidders from countries across the world. Here is their "Contact Us" page: bruneauantiques.com/contact-us/There is a direct email address and also a fill in form to email them as well. Either one can be used. Contact them and the staff will help you get registered right away. If there are any issues after contacting them, I can try to help you. There is a thread in the RJ for sale section that shows items that I own being sold at this auction. If you are interested in any of those items, you may contact me for more information about them.

Hey Ginrai,
Thanks for your quick reply. I already sent the email through the "Contact Us" page you provided, thanks.
Actually, I tried to sign up for the auction through eBay during the weekend, but it kept showing up the "Cannot reach the Auction House." messages. So I decided to register the Auctionzip account instead.
Anyways, I really appreciate your help, thanks a lot.
By the way, I checked the list of your collection being sold in the upcoming auction, and I will show it to my friends.
Best regard,
