The 00Q does fit quite seamlessly with the official Bandai MBs...it's a little scary LOL. If it's good enough I might even skip the Bandai one since preorders for metal builds are such a pain to get now.

Got this guy and think he's great - the joints are all stiff and it has a nice heft to it despite its size. I don't own any Metal Builds and so can't compare the quality to one of those, but to me it seems very good quality for the money. goldorak Out of interest does your crotch armour (cod piece?!) move up and down with leg movement like it does in that earlier gif? Mine is either frozen or it does not have that function

Yeah,I have had a good play with the top of the leg joints and can't get them to bend past 90 degrees. Think the crotch armour mechanism is frozen on my unit. Oh well, it is a KO of suppose.

I have both the "Fanmade" and MoShow 00q figures. It's interesting to see slightly different takes on the unit.
The Fanmade 00q is the equivalent of a MG kit, while it appears to be made of good quality parts, the joins are a bit loose and some parts are easily knocked off. It has a really interesting LED assembly with an innovative way of powering both the chest and head LEDs, and it comes with the giant sword that's been seen with the Exia Avalanche. It also has some interesting configuration options for the shield bits and buster sword.
I have several Metal Build figures like the Red, Blue, and Gold Frames, Exia Repair III, Freedom, and Destiny, and the MoShow 00q can easily stand with Bandai's Metal Build kits IMO. It's rock solid with tight joints, and a lot of additional surface details. It also has a LED setup for the chest and head. It's superior to the Fanmade figure in almost every way while only costing little more than it from most places.

Here's some photos of the Fanmade figure. Again, the best description I can give of it is that it's the metal equivalent of the MG 00q. It's got some slightly better details than the MG model, some of the joints are a little loose, and some parts tend to pop off when you're posing it, but it's super posable and it comes with some nice accessories, so in general, it's okay. I wouldn't pay more than $80US for it, since the MoShow version is completely superior to it. I can post some comparisons between the figures two later. Correction. The photos I posted stopped working. I'll find a better option.

Pretty much everything. Clearner paint Better proportioned figure. Better joints And especially the quality control. Even though moshows qc got downgraded a bit from their Strike gundam, its still ton better than fanmade. Fanmade has many random QC issues, missing saber parts, missing pieces, loose joints, cracked joints right out of the box, broken ankle, broken chest fins, etc. not all at once , just randomly, but mostly loose joints. Heres a link with many photos www.dachong.gz.cn/read.php?tid-88508.html

The only good thing about fanmade 00q, is the buster sword, which works perfectly with MB avalanche exia.

The only good thing about fanmade 00q, is the buster sword, which works perfectly with MB avalanche exia. lol I thought about getting it primarily for that, haha. But I'll make do with the model kit conversion set.

It looks like the fanmade also comes with a back clip for Avalanche? Hope it's the actual, opposite side.
