Way too expensive. I cannot even begin to imagine the shipping to go with it. Ughghghggh Mark up is only $25-30 more than original retail. Shipping calculator is also available at the bottom of the page. Shipping cost to California USA is between $20-50. The calculator has it at 5900 yen for EMS and 2000 yen for slow air mail. Which is Around $50 for EMS and $20 for slow air mail. At Max, $80 markup from original retail. Still better than a lot of other sites

Why not refurbish Voltron supplies right after Daizyujin sells out, then refurbish Daizyujin once that voltron supply sells out... And repeat indefinitely 😛

Shipping most likely you will be looking at $60+. Anime export doesnt declare full value so that you wont get taxed. Got my MP v2 Megatron and listed it for 1980 yen. I think this is already a good price considering everyday the prices are skyrocketing!

For any items that's already released, you will not have to do any guessing on shipping price because they tell you the exact Packed Weight: 2850 grams (item + shipping box + package material) Scroll to the bottom you will see "click here, shipping calculator" enter your locations, and the weight and you will get the cost of shipping that they will charge you. EMS is 5900 yen which is $53.11.

Well if SoC Voltron releases around the Holiday Seasons once again, this time I will be sure to get it. this dude speaks the truth. I've never been into the SOC line, my interest for robots have been Voltron, Power Rangers, Evangelion, Transformers and a bunch of video games. Voltron was my first SOC purchase and I can say that if I never bought Voltron I wouldn't be buying the Megazord, and most likely wouldn't be buying the Pacific Rim 2 figures they have coming. Voltron was a brand opener for sure and the Voltron love will most likely have a trickly down effect on the Megazord which I already have a paid pre-order for. Heh Voltron is also my first SOC purchase, but likely my last. My robot interests are only Transformers and Voltron. I never liked MMPR growing up, and have zero knowledge of every other robot in the SOC line. But Voltron was so good, I did consider Megazord for a bit. I can only dream of TFs produced at the same level of quality as SOC. I just received MP-36 and I'm scared to death of the prevalent paint-chipping issue. Glad to see SOC not suffer these issues.

Bandai uses a much better paint on SOC than Tamara uses on MP. Tamara seems to be using mainly Acrylics for the MP's. Bandai can largely manage to use Automotive Lacqers or high grade enamels for a SOC.

Don't want to detract from the conversation, so I'll refer you all to the plentiful comments you can find on all the TF blogs. All I'll say is that the paint is rather delicate. If you plan on transforming it, you'll definitely get a few scuff marks. If you're not careful, then you'll get a few paint chips. There were also some very minor paint imperfections out of the box, likely due to the delicate paint. I don't recall there being any other QC issues outside of the paint. I think most of the other QC "issues" floating around the Internet were determined to be due to user error.

I should just start doing that and that would save me a step. Here's one I didn't post on instagram:
