well said bro and i agree with you till today every time i post a photo for the KOB i get awesome reactions from people, some but the crying face because they missed it lol when the KOB came out it came out swinging destroying every other Voltron figure in the market with awesome engineering and new ideas for the figure bottom line both the KOB and the GX-72 is a Must for every Voltron fan and you cant go wrong with any

no tracking number?? I believe tracking can tell the truth, right? I ordered my Gundam metal build destiny full package and the wings for Gundam strike freedom a month ago. Amiami provided tracking and I recevied it within 2 weeks from purchasing date. They did pack safety considering the size of both item are huge. Bro, I believe Amiami should ship the Voltron with tracking number, right? Coz the item is expensive and huge. there is a tracking number , but it shows that the Item have left japan and that is it ! never reached anywhere !! that is realy strange ! Sadly it's not really that strange. Japan Post is astonishingly good at tracking packages, until they leave their control. Then it falls to the recipient postal services. Canadian Post is very good. US used to be erratic but has gotten extremely good in the past 2 years. If your countries postal service does not have a decent tracking system, then the sender tracking info becomes worthless as soon as it hits them. This is one reason why single vendor international shipping, such as FedEx is often the better option. Even if it costs a bit more you have guaranteed tracking and insurance door to door.

Whatever happened to the KOB V2? Nothing yet even though we saw stock and advertising and even preorders on BBTS. UPDATE: LCMToys finally responded to my email and said that he was on a long holiday. He promptly refunded my money and sent some pictures of the black KOB V2 sample he has. So happy ending for me on that. I would prefer the figure but I'll use the money for other purchases. Chogokinabdul I hope things will work out for you. I think you should do as mecha-mania says and let it play out that way. At least you'll get your money back but unfortunately you'll have to pay more to get him now. When I'm shopping around online I'll definitely keep my eyes open for you. Is LCM toys refunding everyone? Does this mean the figure is indeed canceled? i preordered from them as well. Should I request a refund?

sorry to hear that, but bro you MUST act quickly you still have time, the 180 days isn't over yet, and man they kept you on hold for 4 months ! people solves crimes in less than that time, i honestly admire your patient, for me i cant do the same at all if i were in your place i will wait till there is only 10 days left from the 180 days , then file a claim to Paypal with AmiAmi emails saying " wait because if I did so it will only make things worse" I understand man , I have dealt with AmiAmi for long time and this is the first time I am facing such a thing (three years ago we had another miss understanding and I lost CM brave gohkin Guardian because of it )that is why I followed what they were saying closely and hoping for the best ... but yes .... I guess I have to act no more Mr. nice guy and I have to do it fast. It's May. It's insane that this is still even a story let alone that you're wondering what you should do. Honestly you should've started a paypal dispute months ago and if it arrived just cancelled it. Unless there are some pretty significant details missing from what's being told of the situation, you're SOL. Get your money back and go from there.

I believe chogokinabdul meant he didn't use PayPal to pay. Contact the credit/debit card company and explain what's happening. They are usually quicker when it comes to getting money back.

Even if you used your credit card through PayPal their protections should apply. It never hurts to raise an inquiry. Plus you may still have protection from the CC merchant. Begin a dispute. Provide PP or the CC merchant with all of the e-mails between you and AmiAmi. They show that AmiAmi was specifically instructing you to wait or delay opening a dispute. And that they seem to be doing it past a reasonable period of time. CC companies hate seeing that as it usually means the merchant is deliberately trying to stall past the dispute period. Enter a dispute, guaranteed AmiAmi will issue you a refund the next day. The product clearly never reached you.At that point it is their problem to resolve to get reimbursed by insurance. They have the obligation to quickly make you whole.

Id give AmiAmi the final notice, but it seems like bros here reached the boiling point and prob wont put up with that... Yeah, They had four months and still telling you to wait without any solid factual update IS kinda bad. Good luck my friend.
Im sure youll get your money back then Finally get your Voltron WHEN it RE releases.

guys , I just found that I did the payment to amiami out of paypal !!! directly through their credit card service ! can I still do something ? If your payment when through paypal then you can easily file a dispute from your paypal account. (does not matter if you used credit card, gift card checking as the form of payment in PAYPAL)Look for the payment transaction, click on the "report a problem" link" "I'm opening this dispute because" + "I haven't received my item." If you payment is not with paypal at all, then you will need to contact your creditcard company , they will have your back since your tracking shows no item delivered. For most of my Paypal transactions, I used my creditcard for payment, so I have double the protection for that just incase.
