I sent a ticket to NY asking why my order hasn’t shipped yet and this is their reply “Thank you for your message We apologize for the delay. The order is not shipped yet. We did not receive our stock yet. We will send your parcel as soon as possible after the arrival of product. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to send another message if you need anything else. Kind Regards Nippon-yasan.com Customer Service” Have they sent your Voltron yet bud? Man, still haven't received a shipping notice for the RX-78 Metal Composite until now, still in prep in progress for more than a week! Not yet. Not even a preparation in progress email. I sent another ticket asking when it’ll be shipped. All they said was their shipping department is backed up and it will be shipped as soon as possible. I’m thinking they’re waiting to receive it from wherever they ordered it from locally since mine was from the second wave of preorders wherein pay later was not an option and with a markup of about $62. |

Have we gotten any reports of how it compares to the OG release? Really hoping it's 1:1 in every facet because I'd like to keep an OG sealed and use the re releases for display.

I ordered two from Nippon Yasan and they haven’t shipped yet. I got the same reply about their shipping being busy and backed up. Total BS if you ask me.

Dude I would call PayPal and ask for a refund thru them. They gave me the same bullsh*t answer as well as another customer but I also called them out and told them I've seen others have theirs shipped and what was the point of the 27th release notice? Honestly I would File a dispute via PayPal asap. I'm in the same process myself. Will never order from NY again.

N-y is not the faster shipper , but there’s also another factor to consider .
When you preorder this item from n-Y does it have a option of “pay later”?
If yes then your item will be direct from Bandai to N-Y , similar to hlj , amiami , hobbysearch, etc . But n-y has been slow recently, but it really shouldn’t take more than a week . Perhaps those were the few that was shipped out first .
But if your answer is “no” meaning “pay later” option is not available .
Then it means you are now under their proxy service category.
Your item is not direct from Bandai to N-Y , but instead it’s from another party or store that have this item for preorder at the time and N-Y went and preorder it for you from that party or store for a extra fee . So on release date , that item will need extra time to get to N-Y , which can take a week or some might even require N-Y to go pick them up which will probably take a little bit more time . Once its in the hands of N-Y they will most likely procrastinate a little more before shipping it out . Since the release date was 07-27-19. So maybe a couple more days before they ship them out since weekend does not count.

Do not believe NY, I ordered 2 from NY with 2 different account. 1 was deleted, yeah deleted not cancelled, I have the confirmation email and at the start of July I still see the order but when my second account got the notification email but my other account did not so I check and boom it's gone. Contact NY, they just said that I didnt get the order in the first place due to "too many access to our site when you tried to create an order and another customer bought the last piece". Then why I got the confirmation email, damn them. And this is my second order, it took 1 week for preparation process  |

NY shipping has been delayed. But they will ship. It took them almost 10 days to ship my myth cloth EX. Don't worry, it seems they are catching up.

I received mine from NY last Friday. Live in central Canada. Shipped on Aug 1st and received on Aug 9th.

seriously, I did not even consider to purchase any item from NY since the day they raise up on PO... ... that's not the way you treat your customers whether you are loyalty or new customers. I ordered mine at Okini and I received mine on Aug 7th. Also, they response your message less than 12 hours most of time (from my personal experience) and they are willing to communicate with you!

NY would have never been my first option. That being said, they have all the Tamashii Web Exclusives. And 50% of the myth cloth EX are released that way (also some MB), so I don't have many options (the other one is ninnin, but I've never tried it, they have similar prices though)
I get most of my regular releases from HLJ, eknightmedia and BBTS in that order.

Well anyways I payed $180 out of the $300 for my SoC Voltron preorder at The Chosen Prime.
I cannot wait to pay off the rest and maybe a bit more when I get my paycheck tomorrow.
