$299 is back up. Look at See All Buying Options. It’s not the default because it is not in stock. It shows 11/22 as the in stock date. Ugh just saw this post. Don't see the $299 option in See All Buying Options, must be gone again. Which seller is selling this? Is it Amazon or bluefin? The stock seems to disappear within seconds. It's impossible to get one unless you refresh every minute. It was amazon. |

It’s funny because I was able to pick up two - at the 265 price - both arrived already - so definitely legit -but it does seem that they are randomly posted up for sale....

Yeah, it's kind of wired that Amazon is putting up stock randomly. Makes it really hard to get one unless you encounter it by some luck. I also find it strange that Amazon Japan isn't getting any new stocks, only US. |

Eknight started to do that about a year ago (bbts also do it). I dont like it but as a shop owner myself I guess they are trying to compensate for all the items that they have to put on sale and items that dont sell at all.

These are shipped from Bluefin to Amazon then to customers. Otherwise the ship date would be faster if it was already at an amazon warehouse. They have been popping up randomly for the past couple of weeks. I myself have seen it 3-4 times. I now have 3 (one to rock, one stock, and one for Xmas gift), all were bought at $265 each on Amazon. |

Trying to decide if I should sell of my Max Gokin Big O to get this... Voltron was my first super robot, and when I was a kid I never got the Matchbox combiner even though I really wanted one. But, Big O is one of my favorite bots ever, and the Max Gokin is one of those figures where if I sell, it'll probably be impossible to get again (honestly though, I do display my SOC Big O, while the Max Gokin is in it's box in the closet). Do you guys think they'll ever do a 3rd release of GX-71 or a GX-71r?

If any Chogokin is due for a re-release, Bandai will most likely re-release this.
Anime White limb color version for sure to match with the Vehicle Voltron.
Then of course, the chrome limbs "R" version with a missed weapons from the original release....

I'm pretty sure this will have another release in 2 or 3 years. But that Max gokin Big O will not for sure... that figure is a love letter to the character. If I were you I will keep the Big O (my personal advice)

To anybody who got their GX71 from Amazon, did he come in a shipping box, or did they just slap a shipping label on the Voltron box? I pre-ordered GX88 from Amazon, and I am paranoid that they will ship it without a shipper box, and just a postage label slapped on the Voltron box.

There was no brown shipper box but well bubble wrap and into an Amazon box like yours. All 3 of mines where mint. |

Got my Voltron, and was able to keep my Max Gokin Big O. Definitely lives up to the hype and is a wonderful gokin. Glad I finally have something that looks like it could go toe-to-toe with GFFMC Psycho Gundam Mk II on the shelf. Hope to get Gaogaigar or Megazord next.
