If not don’t wait and file a claim with PayPal or cc.
No news is no good news so give them maybe couple days and file a claim to be safe.
Better safe than sorry and those are not cheap item my friend...

I trusted AmiAmi until the last minute and followed whatever they asked me to do. the result was that they refunded me only around 50% of what I paid or less and that happened around 7 months later. I should have filed with paypal from day one! I worked hard for that perorder and stayed up all night just to ensure it with AmiAmi and now I had to pay the secondary market price for it! |

i use AE for TWE items and honestly the last time went smooth i got the 10th anniversary Gurren Lagann
hopefully it will be smooth for you too just wait and see what paypal will do

I've used Anime Export for 2 orders and I've been lucky so far. The first order was flawless. The second order, which was this year, had an error, but in my favor. They sent me the wrong MP Transformer, but the one they sent was one I wanted anyway, and more expensive. Even though it worked out, it easily could've gone the other way. And I always feel a little nervous importing things from Japan on my own. Good luck with your orders.
