Isn't that thing all plastic? Yes. No diecast. And the original main release mold is $400.

If the height, articulation, engineering and transformation are there, it will be worth close to what they are asking. The thing will be 16" tall, which is massive for a gokin—one inch shorter than Ultimetal Optimus Prime.

The thing will be 16" tall, which is massive for a gokin... which it is not. All plastic. Unless they decided to add diecast to that particular repaint, but I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere. Added diecast would be the kind of premium feature on which they'd put huge emphasis in the official press releases (and Facebook post), so it's probably still all plastic.

Since when does Voltron have a thrusting "package"? Somebody needs to take the Black Lion to visit the Vet.

On it's own I'm sure it's a great figure, but when it comes to the combination of Voltron and SOC's it's a uphill battle no matter how good a figure is.

if youre interested.. even if its just a little bit... wait for the price to go down.. moreso if its going head to head with Bandai. Maybe a huge price slash along the way from Toynami will give them a little push in sales and make it more competetive.. a half or more might do it lol

The black does look real nice. I like the mostly black lions with color the accents.

I'm confused this is all plastic correct? Why is it in the Chogokin section?
