Does anyone have some strong arguments in favor of the STEEL LEGEND (SL) vers. instead of METAL CLUB (MC) one ?
SL price is a little bit higher with release date unknown, but both :
- are 1/100
- seem to have good amount of diecast
I wonder which maker has a better feedback in terms of quality control... MC has already a quite good feedback for the Saint Seiya Myth Cloth EX replicas, but not so good for Metal build gundam replicas... that's all I know

I want one but I can't seems to make my choice. Both looks really good, but until someone gets one we cannot know if joints are ok (I'm afraid of the shields weight) or any other QC issue they may have.

I can't be assertive on this, but I remember some youtube videos in which mo show vers. was successfully compared to metal club vers. So that's more in a comparison perspective. |

I think I'll wait a bit more for some prototype preview from chinese youtubers. Just hope it won't sold out or skyrocket on price by that time ! I'm in your camp right now, where I'm tempted to preorder it, but since these guys are an unknown company I don't want to risk getting an expensive lemon. I did read that there will be 2 batches, a small one coming to retailers by the end of the month and the rest is coming in December. We will see..... |

Chinese company always have this "Golden Sample" though, so best to wait for review before acting out it. It's very possible it is going to be brick and you can just have it stand still and look heroic  |

Nice clip, numbninja! WOW, 30 cm in height? OK, I'm in! Not sure about the scale, but definitely not 1/100 as it says. LOL
Steel Legends NZ-666 Kshatriya is huge!! It even bigger than My Aile Strike Mo Show.
Honestly, I have mixed feeling about third party product after I saw those Steel Legends video.
Sorry to say, but IMO, BANDAI certainly has a lot difficulties dealing with this 3rd party companies.
In every aspect, they keep beating BANDAI at their own field.

steel legend kshatriya guys It passes the shake test, looks good and solid. The binders have some solid engineering there. I assume this is still a product sample close to a production copy. Did anyone else notice there was an orange thruster missing on the left hip skirt? So it comes with beam sabers and effect parts? It would be cool if it came with a big stand for flight poses. I'm pretty sure the 30cm height is from foot to top of the head spike or the top of the binders. |
