This thing is getting released tomorrow and we still don't know how many hands are included, if it comes with one or two heads, if it comes with one or two sets of scrander wings, etc. This is by far their worst release in terms of information! Not even official pics! All we have seen is show pictures so far. I don't understand why Bandai is being so sloppy here. We are basically buying this thing blind. We pretty much have to buy it first and find out what was included when we get it in hand. Very weird if you ask me ... what?   You couldn't have even taken the time to Google the product before typing that? Do you feel that retailers used show pictures for the product listing? Pretty odd. I stand by my comments Kuma. I saw all those pics but no one has confirmed yet if we are getting 2 sets of wings as shown on that picture. Have you seen any pictures or read anything showing both wings? How about the head? Is it one head with a gimmick for the eyes or two different heads? How many sets of hands are we getting? Is it the standard 6 hands or are we also getting specific hands like hand with pointing finger or karate chop hand? Are they including a second stand for the extra hands and swords like previous releases? Does it have a removable breast plate to simulate the chest minus the sword? The Max Factory had two chest pieces but the Sentinel only had one for example. Hell! Even the name is still misspelled on the name plate! Is that something that got fixed? You see what I mean? Those pics were not final and you usually get to see everything that goes in the box before the release date. So again, I feel a lot of information is missing at this point and yes, I did my research here and at goking,it before posting |

Edit (Was driving, and am home:) Just looked through the Amiami listing pics and it looks like all of those pieces are shown in the pics (Example: The three hand types are closed fist, holding weapon grip, and open hands w/spread fingers, the two faces are yellowed eyes, and uncolored "powered down" ones, etc..) He looks Much Much better then what revealed on the promo shots
There def is a "Force" with Bandai....some might call it a Bandai Magic, or Pixie dust.
He just looks better and better as time passes. Cant wait for the reviews to roll in.
But alas, as of now,not enough pixie dust for me to buy him. I get what some bros are saying he looks bit like his SRC counter parts...
And therere def going tobe a comparison between them. Again, if he had MORE "source accurate" face, and thiner wrist or smaller hands? That could have pushed me pver to the buy side.

Listen Kuma, you need to grow up man. Before today we didn't have pictures of the bent elbow on this figure to see how it worked and what range of motion they have. We just now got a picture showing how the scrander attaches to the back using a unique system. And just today we saw for the first time the head with the 2 faces to fully understand how the gimmick works and just TODAY we saw the trays with all the items packed. I find it weird that the company waited till release date to show all these important aspects of the figure when they usually release all these pictures weeks before they release the figure.
But most importantly, you seem to pick a lot of fight with people on this board for no reason. Being a man is not about picking fights you know? This is a discussion board where people share their ideas. I think some of this information came to us too late. That is my frigging opinion and honestly I don't give a sh*t if you agree with me or not. In all these years on the board, I have never challeged a thing you say even if you were wrong. You need to take off that chip of your shoulder that makes you think you are so superior to everyone else or just ignore my post or don't hang out on DISCUSSION BOARDS. The rest of us have our opinions and THE SAME RIGHT you have to post here. I hope that as the man you CLEARLY are, we drop this here and get back on topic

Honestly, even with him looking like the SRC (even though it's blatantly more refined,) I don't really see that as a bad thing; the SRC looks fantastic as a source-style Mazinkaiser. And there's also the opportunity for SOC Maz collectors to have one in scale with their collection now. It may not be my cup-of-tea but I think it's easy to see why it's a must-have for others. I'm also looking forward to more in-hand thoughts. |

You're posting in circles for some sort of self-boost, and the babbling has gone too far. You can type all of the asinine garbage in the world and you were still dead wrong. Oh well; instead of just letting it be a correction, you're trying to make it into some argument/feud and you're the only one of the two of us that cares. Learn and get over it. Product listings and the like aren't "deep research" but rather literally looking at pictures on a retail site just like everyone who orders these products does. |

Guys I need some help here. I had this one pre-ordered at hlj. I have been thinking about cancelling since last week by forgot to do it because of work. Today I received an email from hlj saying it's paid and in my private warehouse. Then I remembered that I forgot to cancel and hlj forced me to sign the PayPal billing agreement so it automatically charged my PayPal account. I read hlj's FAQ, and it says I can get all my money back if I cancel it within 10 days of payment. Has anyone done it in the past? Will hlj
block my account if I tell them I want a refund?

If they say it right there in their FAQ, why don't you just cancel that order and see if they will keep their promise?
I don't see why they wouldn't.

I don't think so as there isn't a person on this earth attempting to say that the KOB is better.  lets not go there please  im not sure if you are active in Instagram but every time i post something for the KOB alot of people say they think its the best that doesn't mean the SOC is awful by any means, for me i think the SOC deliver more than the KOB and that's doesn't mean the KOB is awful by any means , every one have his own standers for beauty i was talking about design between the two, people who likes modern looks and can pay $300 will go for the sentinel, people who like the classic looks will go for the GX-75 for me i like both but i cant pay the price sentinel are asking for non combiner specially when alot of awesome things are coming so i will go with the GX-75 |

Yes I'm active on Instagram and whether it's there, here, or Oz, the general consensus is that the SOC is the definitive Voltron collectible. Of course the opinion is 100% as very few are, but there are hardly enough in the KOB camp to make it a contest or "argument." Guys I need some help here. I had this one pre-ordered at hlj. I know a lot of people are sick of the constant comparisons to the Sentinel Kaiser, but it is unavoidable. These are the first pics I've found of the SOC out in the wild.   WOW! The Sentinel just totally and definitively 0wnz the GX-75 on those comparo pics. |

Sorry treatment but I think the GX owns the Sentinel. The GX-75 is way more faithful and just looks better IMHO.

Hmmm... yeah, it's like comparing apples and pears.I do agree with grayson with the fact that the SoC is more anime accurate (and I am definitely a fan of anime accuracy), but the added details on the Sentinel look pretty dope. If I had more money, I'd get both, but I don't want to get addicted to another robot toy line.

I would pick this up if it were a bit cheaper and I didn't already have the SRC. I still don't understand why it comes with 2 scranders. There was only one scrander in the OVA and it certainly didn't grow larger.

But Sentinel's looks like it can beat the crap out of the GX-75 Anyway, just a little surprised these two looks so close in terms of size. GX-75 does look pretty good. I still have some issues with some parts of the sculpt, but can't say it's a bad looking figure. For a more faithful anime/game rendition. This is definitely a big step up from the Aoshimas we had for many years in terms of appearance, and the fact its a SOC is already attractive to many. |
