Will do but you will have to wait until the shipping date (I am sending some items in the US to Lifeboat Shipping so they combine 'n ship all to Egypt). The silliest part for me would be when I try to pull out the surface of the broken piece, not because it's difficult, but because I put loads of superglue and epoxy in my attempts to fix it LOL!

I have been away from home since a longtime due to some health issues, thanks to the sh*tty diabetes, but I have finally ordered the Fire Blaster pegs made by our good friend NinjaHandZ on Shapeways! I went with the Polished Gold Steel. Hopefully, when they arrive, I'll be happy with that figure which broke my joy! Oh, and as we all expected... zero response from Bandai.Hey Duke! Did you ever get the replacement pins? Did they work well? If not let me know what is wrong so I can fix the design and will gladly send you a corrected set to you free of charge. Let me know and thanks

Let me know and thanks Wow, bro! That's beyond kind of you. Unfortunately, I still didn't receive the pins as Shapeways delayed the shipping and now I am about to do a surgery as I was diagnosed recently with some pancreatic solid tumor. I will surly let you know when I am back home and the pins are here. Thank you very much!

Do you have any advice on removing the original plastic part safely; like using a hairdryer before using a screwdriver to remove

After all the superglue and epoxy I tried to fix the original pin, I am unable to remove that damn plastic part! Specially, with my poor sight after some damn surgery. I feel like I wanna take the entire damn figure and toss it in the trash for this simple damn Fire Blaster QC issue! I tried a hairdryer but I still can't remove that part. If I fail to do so, I might sell those steel pins to anyone who's interested. I am currently trying to contact toy stores and some people who live in Japan who might be able to get me that damn replacement piece from Bandai Asia.

[br my blood boils when I see stuff like this happening, I was thinking if I can not pull that little plate I will try to measure the fire plates of and src Kaiser and swap those, of course this is last resort OR, if you are handy you can have a little screwdriver and use it as a chisel.... Don’t know seem too much but what other choice we have... I will tackle this maybe next week 😳

OK, sorry about the late reply. First of all it’s good to see you back, I hope you are doing better health wise.
Ok, the pin part.... my advice is to sand the part, preferably with a rotary tool and a fine sand drum if posible, to get rid of all the glue and get a flat surface. I would then just glue the new part over the old part and save myself a headache. The pin is just 1mm thick, I don’t think it’s going to affect how it looks much. Try holding the pin in place with some tape and insert it on the figure to see if it works. If it does, then just snap the pin on the other plate and repeat the process. Again, I don’t think the extra millimiter is going to cause a significant change. But try with the tape first and if you like the result, glue for a permanent result. Go easy with the glue! You can always add more if the part detaches but it will be a nightmare to fix if you over glue. Let me know if this helps

Dremel tool spunds like a sure fire solution.
For thise who havent glued it yet, Drill a tiny hole half way in, then manually use a bigger bit to dig in and pull it slowly and gently? if it comes out half way you can just use a small plier at that point.
Or maybe take it down to the hardware store and ask for advice? They have these drill bits that take out stubborn stripped bolts and screws. Use handdrill so it wont melt the plastic...
Good luck guys.
