This seems to be the right place, but I'm afraid the robot is the smallest element of this design! However, as Dai-X has had the benefit of a recent pre-release, I went for its base, the X-Bomber. It's pretty show accurate (Go Nagai's X-Bomber / Star Fleet) as far as I could make it in Lego. The Dai-X fighters are removable, but can't combine at this scale. I'm sure you know the drill for Lego Ideas, so if you would like to support please do and let your friends know. Many thanks! The X-Bomber from Star Fleet

Ah yes, San Ku Kai, lots and lots of similarities. I had a vague childhood memory of that one. Looks very impressive. Didn't it split up? The weight of mine surprised me and it doesn't take figures!

The Liabe is Gorgeous. Does it have the two small fighters? It looks like it would fit in perfectly in a Star Wars themed collection. Somewhere I have a box of white ships hull pieces that I considered using for a MOC of the flying Space Sailing Ship from that movie.

By way of an update, my first attempt crashed and burned so now I'm trying again, with all new rendered models! Going quite nicely but more support is always appreciated! This version has Dai-X as a min-figure!  Lego Ideas Star Fleet's X-Bomber

Both are impressive! I'd probably scale up the X-bomber next iteration just for fun. See if you can make a mini Big Dai X to go with it ;P
