I am definitely interested in this. I have always loved this design ever since I saw the Godaikin version. If this is being made by a trust worthy manufacturer I will get it. I want the SOC version but that thing cost so damn much I could get two of this new one! LOL Does Anime export require immediate payment for preorders?
i have the soc version the GX-44S with Black Ox its an awesome set honestly, you said it yourself bro its so expensive llol you should go with this version 35cm of diecast metal and LEDs eyes
yes AE require a payment within 48 hours
tho they are $28 cheaper than HLJ i went with HLJ because i wont pay for something that is going to get released 4 months from now, not to mention this is Fewture we are talking about so it might get delayed lol
i remember that AE said they will give us the pay later option but nothing
so far only AE and HLJ are the only site that have it ?
now im kinda worried about the articulation

It's interesting that in the description there is no mention of any gimmicks or degree of articulation, just few pictures showing the same standing pose. Given that, I'll assume the only gimmicks are the wings in the backpack and LED eyes. At that size, with that amount of metal, I expect the same degree of articulation as the DX SOCs, or maybe a little less.
Although this one looks cooler, I think the Evolution Toy one has more soul to it (on top of all the gimmicks). I also prefer the color of the ET. However, it seems the ET got delayed again to October (1 month delay instead of 2, which means it's getting closer!). If the ET one gets released first, I'll definitely get that one, and if the ET one hits the mark quality-wise, I would have no need for this one. In any case, it's nice to know that we have two options on a long-awaited big-scaled T28!

DX articulation is not bad, not wow but not bad, in one of the photos you can see the figure have a sculpt for a decent knee joints not sure if is it just a sculpt or its really there, also according to HLJ its a posable action figure ?
and i agree with you we dont have alot of option for Tetsujin figures, there is only the GX-44
hopefully this one and the ET will be worth getting

How is Fewtures track record as far as quality goes? FEWTURE Models are ultra-high quality. Their EX Gokin line is my favorite. The paint and sculpts are always gorgeous. They have tons of diecast and awesome clicky ratchet joints. Their early pieces are known to have had some QC issues, but they've ironed them out for the most part. FEWTURE's stuff is usually pretty pricey, but it's ALWAYS worth it. I'm going to pre-order this baby RIGHT NOW - it should look pretty sweet next to Heavy Metal Mazinger ZERO.... |

Expect paint flaws, chipping or in some cases finger prints. Also, expect tight and squeaky joints. They are loaded with diecast and does give off a premium feel. Haven’t had one fewture figure that is QC free of the figures that I have opened. And always when buying high price figures go with a shop that provides after sales support such HLJ or in the US, BBTS. That will save you a lot of headache.

i know you trust my opinion so hear me out
forget what other people might say and take it from the guy who own 16 products from fewture
the quality is awesome and they are improved alot in those couple of years, what they (had) was design flaws not QCs but those were in the very early gokins mainly the first Getter Robo set
i recently got the black Getter repaint and im sure you know alot of people are saying its full of QCs and its not worth it, well mine didn't have any issues AT ALL and its WORTH IT
last up to date figure i got from them was Albegas and that figure is insane its not like Bandai quality its surpasses it and if they keep doing this im telling you Fewture will be my number 1 company
on the other hand the latest SOC have alot problems like paint QCs and weird design choices, i dont know what happened to them
my bad for the long post i just wanted you to get the picture so you wont be get mislead

Not at all, from what I observe. I think even Sentinel stuff is readily available during the PO period. Not at all resembling the stampede for a Bandai release. |

yea right alot of noobs these day have + 50 Voltron figures laying around 
Cole might be new in RJ, but he is not new to this hobby, but i will go with your mentality, so what if he was new to this hobby? then what? how come starting a new hobby became shameful and disgrace?
all of us started somewhere sometime, by this girly attitude alot of people will drove away from this hobby because they dont like the toxic environment in it, not to mention been called a newbie
the only one is stuck in the KOB era is you, he moved on and bought one long ago, so why would he stay mad because he didn't buy a defected KOB ?
the noob in my eyes, is a person who keeps buying a defected product after another from the same company then make a drama about, why keep supporting a company who only give defected product ?
