It wasn’t cheap but I had to have it! I got stung for customs too. All that money for a little bag with seven tiny bits of clear plastic in it. I tried to put the bits on my clear Time Traveler, but no, they will only go on a Barefoot type Microman because the screw that holds the torso together goes the other way and is flush under the chest piece. Time Travelers have a big lump under the chest piece to accommodate the screw, and this gets in the way of the Dokuroking chest piece. The only Barefoots I own are the Founder set, so until I can get a M101 George I will have to display him like this. Just like a garage resin model kit, there are some tiny casting bubbles; you can see the tips of some of the spikes are missing. Getting the costume on is a right palaver, because neck ball of the head has to go through the neck hole in the shoulder piece, then in between the torso halves, but the shoulder piece presses the torso halves together, making it hard to get the head in. You just have to cajole and force it, and not forget that you are handling very expensive, hard-to-replace bits of fragile plastic. But he’s lovely and je ne regrette rien.

Wow - very very cool - it's amazing how we can like representations of the same thing over and over again! So how did you make your microman grow to 9 feet tall like that? Is it magic properties of the dokoro king suit?
Ha - no seriously, where did you get that, and who makes it, what is it, how do I find one? I bet it would also look niece on the black or white m10x founders.

Magic properties of my camera, more like! I never really know how big the pictures are going to be until after I post them, but I can go to photobucket.com and shrink ‘em after. I nearly did with these, but they’re a good size to see all the detail.
Yes, I‘m a sucker for Cyborg and Microman and any reworkings of my favourite figures have an instant “must have” appeal. I first saw the Micro Satanking on YJ and asked here about it but no-one knew. They were originally done in opaque plastic by someone called VxFxC and they did the three Walder Monsters. The one I saw on YJ was beautifully painted but I think they come unpainted and you paint them up yourself (and destroy the value). They have redone them now in transparent plastic, (you don’t have to paint them to make them look cool), presumably more recently as they’re cheaper than the opaque ones. I got the last one that this seller had and it cost me 10,000 yen, plus another £20 or so customs when it arrived, so about $140 US in all (ouch!) I’m afraid I’m going to be cagey about the seller as they still have a Satanking and I WANT IT but can’t afford it now. I’m sure if you look hard enough, you’ll find it and pip me to the post, and I’ll forgive you.
I tried him on the white Founder but he didn’t look so good. Once the head, hands and chest are off the Founder, what remains is too opaque. Now I’ve wrestled the bits onto the purple figure, I ain’t going to change things around until I have a permanent “host” body for him.
PS please check my latest model kit on the “Break Time” board.

wow man, that's totally awesome.
I started playing with one of the new style micorman figures that i bought frivilously. It's actually a lot of fun. I was thinking how cool it would be to have the walder monsters in that size...

These are certainly not compatible with Microforce, but have you seen the custom jobs on Microforever.com recently? There is a very impressive Microforce Dokuroking on the "enter site" page, which appears to have been made from the Dokuroking throne figure that came with the SF Land Act 1 gashapon set. Goodness knows how he got the Dokuroking helmet/head away from the throne itself (it's moulded in) but presumably he has not succeeded in hollowing it out for the figure to actually wear.
