his head is too big!

I can't get vintage time travellers into my Biotron's chest. I think it was designed for barefoots. I have a knockoff command 2/pharoid that goes in mine okay though.

I have a reissue Robotman, and the Palisades Time Traveller I bought specifically to have someone in the cockpit does not fit either. I pulled off his feet and scrunched his legs up and he fits, though. It turns out a Lady Command reissue, however, fits perfectly.

I put a japanese time traveler in my biotron and is ok!

I was looking at it closely, and the problem does not seem to be the Palisades Time Traveller's head, but the placement of the hole in his back. That's what seems to be off. Oh well.
