Anyone get theirs from a US retailer? Waiting for a preorder from Sure Thing Toys still.

Hi, gang. I finally had time to sit down and review this piece. Please click on the image to jump to the review. After handling the God Gravion a while back, I more or less knew what to expect from this figure. Overall, it's pretty good, but the chest piece still gets in the way of articulation and poses, same as with the God Gravion. It looks amazing but somehow it doesn't quite satisfy in terms of engineering IMHO. Gold

So the hands are starting to melt away on God Gravion? Aren't they made of PVC? Were they stored in a humid enviroment?

Another good read. It's funny seeing my early post about how this release might invalidate my purchase of God G but I actually now like the first release much more.
I should look at my God again box though because your comment on it worried me.

So the hands are starting to melt away on God Gravion? Aren't they made of PVC? Were they stored in a humid enviroment? Thank you, Moleman. I'm not sure if it's melting away? It just turned really greasy. Maybe the material isn't so good or maybe it's the nature of the rubbery pvc they used? The God Gravion was stored in it's box, and stored in another 20 cubic inch cardboard box, away from heat and direct sunlight, with silica gels and Japanese paper tossed into the storage box to prevent humidity. I live on the 9th floor in a condo so it's not residual heat from the roof or anything like that either. Very strange. Hopefully it's an isolated case. Another good read. It's funny seeing my early post about how this release might invalidate my purchase of God G but I actually now like the first release much more. I should look at my God again box though because your comment on it worried me. Thanks Magmatron Hope your God Gravion is doing better. I hope the Ultimate Gravion won't have such issues. Gold

Anyone get theirs from a US retailer? Waiting for a preorder from Sure Thing Toys still. I think Sure Thing is a good shop for items in stock, but when it comes to preorders, man.... they are the slowest. This figure came out in July 2020 in Japan. Even with pandemic delays, I think most US sellers were shipping these in by last August/early Sept. They're understaffed, and some things that came out 5 or 6 months ago are still stuck in Preorder status on the website, as if the pallets of new items are still sitting inside boxes and boxes waiting for the next round of inventory, whenever that is. I preordered a Funko Pop Inuyasha for my wife last year, the item released in May 2020. I emailed them about it multiple times, and the item was still in "pre-order" status in December of 2020. As of this writing I still haven't received it.

Ugh, just unboxed my Sol Gravion and the helmet won’t close all the way in the back because of a molding / assembly defect. At least it isn’t noticeable in the front, but still disappointing for such an expensive figure.
EDIT: Has anyone had any luck with international customer service with Sentinel? I assume I’m out of luck here, but I figured I’d at least give it a shot.
