Hey, does anyone know who this dude is? Too expensive for me at this time, but he sure is a dapper fellow. It looks like there's two figures in this auction, him and a reissue silver cyborg. Looks kind of like a cross between a vintage cyborg and a cyborg 99.

The joints, especially the knees, look a lot like those on the military figures produced by dragon.

Here's a picture of the super articulated GI Joe, very similar, your picture looks like someone has had some modding fun with a Cyborg.

He looks like a Medicom figure to me. I got a bulletin from Fantasiatoyz a few years back about a clear figure, I don't remember if it was Medicom, but there were no pictures and you had to buy a set of two: male and female. It was more money than I could consider at the time. Perhaps this is it. The joints certainly look a lot like the Cocoboy figures that I have.

It's a special clear version of the "Neo Guy" made by Volks in Japan. I bought one a few years ago along with the clear female version from Fantasia Toyz.
