I paid for my MC Kshatriya today. I'm also thinking about getting the full 7 Swords XN Raiser kit, but I can always get that one later. Not too worried about the new Astraea, it's not going to be out for 5 months and there are going to be plenty of chances. To pre-order

To pre-order From what I have observed, might be helpful for you and anyone who considers this figure combo: the markings look different compared to the initial red 00 seven (70 bucks). The paint job looks sharper too. I hope MC do something about the joints, because my red 00 seven has problems with weak left ankle, and the backpack connector falls off... It shouldnt right? 00 seven doesnt attach to any core fighter at all.

I haven't had any issues with my 00 figures. I'd say the best one as far as quality goes is the 7 swords trans am version. Feels more solid and the purple paint job is great.

I bought and received the Metal Gear 00 Raiser from New Gundam Central ( 90$ + 5$ shipping)
the figure is nice with a large variety of display, but I have a few problems with it,
I can't bend the big blade to have the gun mode, is there something special to do ?
I think I 'll have to glue some armor parts that fall apart...
the clear stand parts are not really clear, already yellowed almost grey ?...

Since Bandai will never do this, I'd love to see a MB Dreadnought Gundam from a 3rd party

Recently completed my MC kshatriya payment. I'm excited about this figure. It's my first third party MB gundam so I'm a bit scared how things may turnout but I love kshatriya design and bandai never give us bad guys (hope that changes after chars zaku gffmc)

The reviewer seems impressed, and it appears the MC guys have put additional effort into this figure than their previous releases. Remember to turn on captions. The MC figures are good for the money, some not as good as the official releases, some just as good as the official releases, and most of the time the MC figures have better, tighter joints that last longer than Bandai's. You can't beat the fact you can get a MC 00 Raiser or Destiny with included Wings of Light FX parts for under $100 and $200 respectively instead of a ridiculous $500+ price tag for the Bandai originals.

Their recent MBs are quite good, but I def cannot say the same for the 00 figures from earlier: the Seven Sword and the Raiser. The plastic is not the same and the QC was not great. The price is reasonable though.

The price is reasonable though. I've got the MC 00 Raiser and 2 different Seven Sword and the clear stands are still clear and the figures are still looking good. I think the only issue is the Raiser's waist joint is loosening probably because of the weight of the backpack. The other 00s are still fine with all joints tight. I can't really fault the quality of the figure for the loose joint when some of my Bandai figures are loosening up across multiple joints

Jak, my MC 00R is also suffering from loose waist on the first day it arrived, and it's getting worse. How's your 00XN's waist? Wondering if they did some modification there to strengthen it?

It's pretty much the same, and the backpack is even heavier with the additional parts. Thankfully its waist joint doesn't have as much movement as some of the other MBs

I'm really anxious about first because is one of my favourite designs and second cause it is my first non bandai gundam and I want to check what I've been missing It's really BEEFY, but with skinny looking thigh lol You won't be disappointed I bet you. The only one problem so far I had was the connecting peg for the wing binder is a little large. I had to enlarge the hole a little with knife (just very little though). Some assembly is required. Your fingers are going to hurt to try to squeeze the peg into the holes! lol The pointy head V (?) fin is very sharp, so I suggest to do that the very last after everything is assembled. You can easily break it while putting force connecting other stuff. Also the end pointy side of the binder are also wrapped, I suggest to keep it wrapped until you have connect all parts. I still have funnels need to be cut off from the runners. Will spend more time this weekend on this giant green pepper. lol My assembly order was 1. Back Skirt 2. Both Feet 3. Both Arms 4. attach hands 5. Connect 4 large binders to each of the mechanical support 6. Plug the binder support onto each shoulder holes 7. Attach V fin (not very tight, maybe to reduce risk of breaking it. Falling off is better breaking it) 8. remove wrappers on binders

I'm pretty sure I will have to put it again in the box after playing for a while
