When you preorder on gundamodelcsnfer, do you pay now or do they charge you when it ships? All the Gundam 3rd party stores are upfront. Also pay with PayPal for 180 days protection this is a bit confusing..is gundamodelcenter the only place where the ex pack is bundled with the model?...i po ed from show.z.store.

I had some eBay credit that was going to expire so I bought this too. I just got mine and what a great figure. Excellent details lots of accessories, I love the storage trays in the stand (bandai take note) and I think this is as good as any MB. Also every single joint is super tight and no wobble at all. My only complaint is the instructions are completely lacking.

This is a bit disappointing. The peg on the stand that plugs into the mount adapters broke really easily. Since I'm only gonna to be using the stand for the figure I'll be able to epoxy the figure adapter to the stand but still. I haven't had one of these types of stands break like that before.

Man this looks great. I wish they did more SRW based figured, I'd love a diecast/metal build Gespenst. I really want to pick this up. Has anyone used www.gundammodelcenter.com before? I'm curious if they are trustworthy. Kuma, I suspect the reason for the weird name is that the Huckebien gets it's name from a Poem, the The Unlucky Raven (http://www.rivertext.com/hans.shtml). I'm guessing they wanted another bird name?

I got mine though Gundam Model Center, they're legit.
IIRC the name is based on the Chinese nickname for the Huck and translation shenanigans, but don't quote me on that its been some time and my memory is hazy.

I picked this figure up, just got it the other day. It's FANTASTIC. It feels super solid, and is really well sculpted and the molding is sharp.
I'd get another one if the did the brown MP version of it... or even a Trombe version.
Here's hoping maybe they do a Exbien (ASHE VERSION PLEASE) or even EX Exbien. Also, please make a in scale to this figure Gespenst too. One can dream!

It's the best Gundam that isn't a Gundam. What's odd is Bandai also created the SRW line, yet Kotobukiya makes most of the models and toys for it, while Bandai puts out the occasional SRW Robot Damashi figure as well
I asked for a 2nd one for Xmas so I can have one as the full Huckebein and one as the mass production unit.

The Huck MkII is literally my favorite Gundam. That, and Tryon 3. I even made an approximation of the Huck in Gundam Breaker 3. I was gonna do it again in New Gundam Breaker, but we all know how that sh*t-show played out and I couldn't get motivated enough. The Strike Pose is to beam rifles as the Obari Pose is to giant swords feat. the painted Bullet fig that came with the 1/100 Koto kit from ages ago Technically Banpresto owns SRW as a franchise, but Bandai more or less owns them though they don't really make use of the merch licenses. Koto is really the only company that makes anything and back in the day there were Volks and Unifive I think? Banpresto made some crane machine prizes for the series, not sure if they still do.

Bandai seems to have been trickling out the occasional SRW Robot Spirits figure for the last few years. I think the most recent one was the Huckebein Mk-I. I'm not a fan of 1/144 sized figures so I've never bothered.

Very thankful to Sculpt Labs for letting me promote their products. I hope that they continue to give much love to SRW/.

I wouldn't mind getting a hold of their previous release of the rtx-008. Looks like it used the same base figure but with some minor differences and different weapons

Nothing about the original vanishing trooper and the Perisoreus are the same minus character homage. They aren't the same size, sculpt, frame design... like none of it.
