Afraid that is actually a Japanese custom. I have an ongoing database of those things, trying to find new ideas. Most of the vintage Japanese customs are done in a light hearted manner. The bike is a very professional looking custom.
Wish I'd done it. I actually would consider doing it with one of the repro walder figures...
The same customizer did custom Androids as well, painting the chrome blue. Kind of an unusual color scheme though.
