its a bit hard to get an anime accurate transforming Albegas without part swapping (anime accurate parts)

i dunno why the heck they wont show 3 component robot parts when almost everything that transforms on display even those still on prototype stages had an extra figure beside them. Its not even a crowded display that they could reason with.. unless they are not that confident for it to be seen.

I feel like this figure has been cancelled. If it is true, it's a shame because this would've been the closest thing to having an SOC level chogokin of Albegas. Was really looking forward to this especially after experiencing the quality of Action Toys' Heavy Metal Tetsujin-28.

It's not even worth half of what it retailed for. And I am sorry, but that thing is nowhere close to SOC level.

Too bad it would have a good market considering the previous two excellent Voltrons has been out.

Something has instilled newfound confidence in me for an SOC version by Bandai because we are getting Gordian. I dunno, and I could be wrong altogether, but I feel like Albegas won't be long from Bandai since I NEVER thought we would ever see a Gordian from them. And while I am in love with Action Toys products, I still would innately want an official Bandai Albegas. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Action Toys will still deliver their Albegas. Their Heavy Metal Tetsujin-28 was absolutely amazing. The paint job was perfect. I can just imagine the paint job on the blue Beta robot for Albegas from them. It would also be amazing. The blue paint job on the Evolution Toys version is so unflattering and plain. I feel like even an average quality company like Toynami could have done a better Albegas than Evolution Toys did.

I'm 100% sure we will have a bandai albegas in the short medium term, after all they did dairugger who is as or more complex than albegas. I think albegas is a tricky one, ,mostly because their combining form varies, so each robot should be capable of doing all. Its hard not to end with a blocky combination or blocky individual bots...to me the ET dynamite action albegas (not the big action one) was the best albegas figure I had, it was blocky but really fun to transform and play with, lots of accessories and very nice individual bots(the non combiner AT doesn't count to me, anyone could do a cool looking non combiner)

I dont think so evolution toys didnt repair the previously magnet series "dynamite action" , now they change line with GABM "grand action big size model" line
This new "GABM" albegas comes without magnet anymore , the combining design (gattai) look like the DX godaikin classic one , and i feel the action figure can stand together with others bandai voltron squad
Here im included the official youtube from them

I apologize, but the GABM Albegas is crap IMHO. On day 1, the shin panel on my red robot broke off when separating it from another colored leg part. (I'm super careful with my chogokins and masterpiece Transformers whenever I transform them, by the way.) It wasn't glued together strongly from the factory so technically it should be an easy fix with some super glue, but I shouldn't have to repair a $420 toy from delicately and carefully transforming it one or two times.
The fingers look like they were freshly painted after assembly, so they are annoyingly "stuck" in place, and it's scary to even free their movement up. I had a friend buy this figure along with me, and I'm almost embarrassed that I referred him this GABM Albegas. To this day, he is too afraid to move the fingers on his Albegas for fear of breaking them. I just said what the heck with mine, the leg already broke. So what's a few fingers gonna do? They didn't break, but it was nerve-racking trying to "break them in".
Nothing pops color-wise on this figure and the blue Beta robot's selection of blue is so plain and unflattering. No metallic blue or anything. And those unpainted metal sections inside the armpits. So unsightly.
The only positive things we got from this figure were 1) we got an attempt at a modernized chogokin of Albegas since no other companies were doing one; 2) the size was nice; and 3) the weapons that were included were cool.
Everything else is forgettable. It's a floppy mess, low quality, feels cheap and is not worth the retail price.

Actually i was initially rooting for ET Big Scale Albegas but after seeing the lazy details such lack of black outlines and non embossed alpha, betta, gamma logos compared to Action Toys.. changed my mind. I hope we do get Bandai's version.. but i wont mind having Action Toys version too.. that is if they can do the individual robots and combining sequence right.

so the HM T28 got released (way back), Megatron is about to get released
the next logical thing is Albegas since it was ready unless if they did something wild like giving the project to Pose +

With actual prices it would be really expensive is pose+ take this one. I would bite the bullet but my wallet would cry a river... I hope bandai finally gave us a good Albegas (or pose+ or AT). If pose+ tackle this one, in mi opinion, would probably go between the 600~750usd

They could become a good alternative to bandai. they shudnt do that to turn thier fans away.
