Action Toys showin' Bandai how it's done... (I'm looking at you GX-43) I know Bandai's trying to make Tranzer mode as anime accurate as possible with GX-43, but the robot form suffered because of it, not to mention the articulation of the legs. Just thinking that this approach could have been so much better don't you think

you are right Mo, i saw some photos on FB, i think HK got theirs first since the factories are there

thanks for sharing
to be honest the transformation is not as accurate as i thought maybe they change some of their original designs
but over all i think the transformation is much smother and a bit better than Bandai,
and trust me no one care about the Tranzer mode, we want a decent Daimos not a huge truck lol
best Daimos for me over all is the FA version it gave me what i needed and more, if they are going to give us a reissue or even a new Daimos in the SOC line, it will be nice, but im not paying +300 for an 11 years old figure with an 11 years old design that could be improved with modern day techniques

awww....is this going to prove Bandai to make a new GX Daimos??? That's something to look forward to. But then again the price is not getting any cheaper. While Action Toys made the price more affordable that's why I got to grab more robots on the lineup. THou the cheap plastic is not a big deal breaker but I did got a not so unexpected issue with my mini deformed Daimos.....the face cover glue fell off @ 6:52 please excuse the local language in my video

I love the Tranzer mode! Lol That transformation scene is my favorite part of the show and I probably shot more pics of gx-43 in Tranzer than in robot mode. Anyway with regards to the mini action, I like the transformation here better than the SOC. It could’ve been executed more cleanly but it’s an improvement IMO. Articulation is not compromised and it’s not wonky like the arms ending up inside the legs. And I always thought if you’re gonna switch out the head/cab then just have it be swappable instead of trying to hide 2 versions inside the body. If you’re reading this, Bandai, I want a new transforming Daimos! Make it a DX if you have to (but for my wallet’s sake, preferably not). http://instagram.com/p/BXRrUrVgYaO http://instagram.com/p/BW_oX2_gTMs

i have no problems what so ever if you speak with you native language
but the thing is you spoke good English then in the middle you spoke with your native language
thanks for sharing, i remember now its the SD version who had the more accurate transformation not the mini action, but we can see what companies can do with these days technology

[/quote] I was just jokingly responding to what you said about no one caring for the Tranzer mode. I care for the Tranzer! 😆 It doesn’t have to be an either you want a good Tranzer or a good Daimos. Tranzer’s essentially just a long box with a cab so that’s not really hard to mess up, it’s how the robot fits inside that’s the issue and Action Toys have shown you can have a different approach that doesn’t compromise on some of Daimos’ articulation points and still look good. As an aside, I would actually like a Tranzer that doesn’t transform but instead opens up at the top and inside you can recreate the sequence when tryper goes inside and Richard(sorry I don’t remember his Japanese name) flies out of it and into the cab. 😀

I mean, If perfect transform to Tranzer is the issue to make a nice Robot then yeah "i" rather have a part former or entirely seperate diecast truck.

This has been delayed again? I wonder what's the reason. I just realized the Tranzer looks like a coffin with wheels. Lol!

So can we all rule out that Daimos is the very first ever Transformer??? LoL
sorry to quote you twice
but your question got me thinking, who is the very first transformer ?
after some research and talking to the guys with experiences i come up with this result (as always correct me if im wrong)
the very first (kinda transformer) was Goldar from a 1966 show called Maguma Taishi (Ambassador Magma) its a tokusatsu show, while it never showed what or how Goldar transform to a rocket and back to a robot again, i thought to mention it just to be safe
now the true and the first (legit) transformer is .... Raideen (Yuusha Raideen) it was aired in 1975 (3 years ahead of Daimos), and since it showed how the robot can transform to the god bird mode, i think its the legit very first transformer
then came Daimos and the other transforming super robots\ real robots \ living robot
this next point is very interesting
so it turned out that Go Bots was BEFORE the Transformers in the cartoons, even their toy line was before as well, according to some the toy box of the Go Bots had a little story about the robot and a bit about the Go Bots in general and that was before making the cartoon

Any word on Daltanious coming to US? I’m waiting on that. Otherwise, I’ll probably drop this line from my collecting. It’s a cool line sub $50. But $100 plus it’s not so cool.

Action Toys isn't answering any questions on their FB page, and no more mentions about the Daltanious anymore either. They're now showing pics of the Mini Deformed God Sigma instead, so it looks like Daltanious won't be getting a standard release. Very unfortunate because the 2nd market prices are getting crazy.
