Check your PayPal history(unless you paid another way). Mpchi was right(thanks for the info on NY), they have history of what you bought and when you last purchased.

Can't believe Amazon has it. Placing an order just in case. Thanks!

I was gonna order from Amazon but I had to pay for shipping and import fees to Canada and it came up to $429USd which is about $575Cdn, that's way to much.

Gentlemen, thanks for the link. Got another from Amazon and that settles it for me. It came out almost the same compared to Japanworld when they had the small discount active. Except I just noticed now that Japanworld has a release date of December instead. 2 months after Japan's release.

Does amazon charges up front? No. Only when they ship. Got myself a second one which comes cheaper than the one I got at CDJapan. Does anybody know if the US version will have Voltron packaging instead of Dairugger XV?

Amazon? Open late PO up until now?
Sound fishy. I hope they make sure about their quota, or Eknight incident will happen again! BANDAI cut order policy is scary.

Just preordered using Amazon store card. If you have an Amazon store card it gives you 6 months to pay it off.

I got 2 of the GX-88 this year. One at NY when it first dropped, and another one today on Amazon. Ironically, Amazon is still 10 bucks cheaper than the original one shipped from NY.

Should I go with Amazon or wait? I'm in the US. I just pre-ordered two GX-88s with Amazon US. (I'm in the US, too.) The price is good, and they're not charging me until the items are shipped, which is awesome. However, they can do really poor jobs of packaging and shipping. I've had items get damaged due to lack of packaging protection, and there are many customers out there who have ordered large Transformers collectibles where Amazon just simply slaps a shipping label on the actual item's box itself (rather than use a real shipping box). If another US retailer gets the GX-88, I'll order from them instead, provided that costs are reasonable and to ensure that I actually get this item should Amazon not be able to fulfill their orders (has happened before). I'm wondering what Amazon's expected quantity of stock will be for this--let's see how long until Amazon sells out on this PO.

Very very good point on Amazon packaging!
It is very very poor on larger item that already comes in a box to packers deemed sturdy.
Could be one of the reason its keeping many away....
