late to the party but better late than never lol
here is a very short review for this amazing figure
first its easily the best GL figure on the market today, the paint is jaw dropping and the magnets drill are amazing, also it can handle the huge drill no problems, it made me want to watch GL all over again this is how good the figure is, the only thing i wish they did better is the face plates, they are challenging to change so i didnt do it i was afraid i was going to break something
also the articulation is not as good as Zero but hey not bad at all for a 1st product
something i gotta say im really impressed by CCS, they did GL and its the best GL in the market, they did Zero and its the best Zero in the market, so i cant wait for Shin Getter 1 or Great Mazinkaiser
Just a detail. This is their second product. The first one is thunderbolt from the hardcore mecha game. Its great too I thought this was their first gokin product.

It was licensed and promoted by RocketPunch Games But at the time, even now, the game and the mecha is not widely known. So I'm not surprised many people passed up on it, including myself.

Anyone had any issues with the shoulder assembly on this guy?
I’m not sure what happened exactly, but the shoulder popped out at the butterfly hinge (inside the black sphere). It pops back in, but doesn’t stay in. There’s no breakage, so I’m wondering if it was originally glued.
It has also caused the upward movement to change as well, as the joint no longer moves up as high as the other.
Edit: figured out the pice that wouldn’t stay in. The clip had a crack. Emailed customer service about it.
still not sure about the upward movement.

i dont have this issue, the arms in generals are a bit tricky to move since you need to pay attention to the shields not hitting anything on the way, on the positive side the arm could hold the huge drill with no issue

Anyone had any issues with the shoulder assembly on this guy? Mine actually came with the shoulder already popped off, thankfully it was cracked or damaged.

Well, got a reply from customer service and they won’t provide any support. They say I have to contact the store I bought it from, and they won’t deal with me directly. And since I bought it off eBay, seems I’m SOL. So that’s a lot of money down the drain. I was planning on ordering their mazinger zero and preordering their Shin Getter, but if this is how they do business I don’t think I want to support them.

Yep, that's the email I used. From: 海外サポート <oversea-support@mile-stone.jp> They made me wait while they reached out to a support office in Japan, then said they only provide coverage in Japan. They kept asking how I even go their email, since its not listed on the packaging. Kinda odd.

They kept asking how I even go their email, since its not listed on the packaging. Kinda odd. I think what happened- the Japan distributor was doing most of the after-sales service even from product sold through US or China retail and they decided not to cover it anymore because it was getting out of hand. I was able to get an entire replacement arm due to a broken elbow issue, this was many months ago, and I purchased through Brandon Wong on FB. I got the email from him when his distributor couldn't get the part for me. Later I shared it with Coletron and some others. Truth be told, Mile Stone is not CCS they're just the distribution company in Japan handling support and they would still need to acquire the parts from the factory in China. They prob did it as a courtesy in the beginning but got overwhelmed when that email address got spread around and decided they're not responsible for products not sold in Japan. As for contacting CCS directly, you would usually go through your retailer or seller, or contact them IN CHINESE through their social media (they do not offer English support, unfortunately). weibo.com/u/5185539718You can ask your ebay seller to help. Worst they can do is say no. I'm wary of buying high end figures on Ebay nowadays due to the lack of after sales support should anything happen, and I usually stick to known and trusted shops in Japan and US, or Supreme Collector on FB, even if the price is slightly higher.

Ya, thats what I was beginning to feel happened. Beyond frustrating though. Thanks for their Weibo page, that'll hopefully make a difference. My Mandarin isn't great, but my GF is from China, so I can get her to message them for me. Fingers crossed they provide decent support, because its a great figure (other than the QC issue on mine) and I'd like to have more reasons to keep supporting them..
