The listing for the hagane works says it's about 6.5 inches and the Riobot is just over 8. It's the product info on the Sentinel was wrong and I remember people attempting to argue it even after I measured it on camera.

Riobot Mazinkaiser is a bit over 20cm at the tip of its head. Just measured mine. Tons of pics from here. Looks like it got some nice feature, like the ratchet knees, a head design that can house a very long pilder, weights 212g. ameblo.jp/gscrobo/imagelist.html

where do you advice to preorder this from? i still looking for the Riobot version In the current situation where to preorder from might be tough decision due to the shipping constraints. If you want the Riobot version you'll have to wait until Sentinel decide to do a reissue but who knows when or even if that will happen.

thanks for info about about the height of the Riobot, Sentinel says its 18cm some says its 24cm just very odd for me

where do you advice to preorder this from? i still looking for the Riobot version its available every where bro, you just pick a place you are comfortable with
long shot even the chrome version is very expensive now, man to tell the truth even when it was on preorder it was way overpriced in my opinion

where do you advice to preorder this from? i still looking for the Riobot version I hear a rumor a KO version is on the works. If that happens, there is a possibility that Sentinel will release a Mazinkaiser but maybe a different paint scheme

i want to share this with you guys
honestly i didn't want to repeat the mistake of the Sentinel Frame Action Juohmaru, so i was asking my self who is Good Smile Company, i mean i know they are famous for making anime characters in their Figma and Nendoroid lines, but i wasn't sure about the robots so i searched around and asked around
to my surprised i found that they are behind the Max Factory line, which i own a figure from
Max Factory Mazinkaiser, one of the best looking Mazinkaiser's and its %90 accurate to Mazinkaiser in the SRW game, at that time the figure was good and i think its still good even by today standers as well, so im very optimistic about this release and i hope they deliver a good product
so back to the figure
i guess this new version is better than Sentinel version in my opinion, it have better joints system, they got rid of that stupid face on the low stomach area (Giganto Missile compartment) some places in the body got a new sculpt and Ive read that they fixed the waist joint so it wont break in half like the Riobot, on top of that it comes with a rare accessory, and most importantly the price is reasonable, also i think the added diecast in the legs (thighs) will help the balance of the figure when attaching the Scrander
the only con i can see, its smaller than the Riobot, but i can live with that
last thing i hope they either used a diecast peg for the Scrander or come up with a better way to attache it on Mazinkaiser back so it wont be sticking out oddly like Sentinel version

Really can't decide. I really want the Riobot, more in scale with what I already have.
But this might be it, the only "reissue" that might happen.
I'm still confident that a real reissue might happen from Sentinel. Feature did reissue the famous Black Getter, so everything is possible.
Looks great, but having a dwarf next to the other Mazinkaiser, not so sure

In the meantime I will pick this bad boy out the gimmicks and Engineering are what bring it to my attention. Got one from a local seller and will wait for the other sentinel release ( if that ever happens) not feeling like paying +600 or more.

This release is indeed a great compromise, with an asking price much lower than Sentinel's standard, while offer similar diecast content (though scaled down accordingly), yet you get some upgrades and new accessories. You just have to accept the fact that this is going to line up with the SRCs, instead of the SOCs. Riobot Mazinkaiser is my favorite Mazinkaiser in the current market, but it hurt my wallet quite a bit back then when $300+ a figure was not the norm yet. Spending half that amount today on something almost the same make this one very affordable in comparison. At least they made it bigger than the model kit. Translated the info chart below. It shows that Hagane Works have less joints than Riobot, so some changes were made due to the smaller size, but still very good for what it is. Attachments:

Like I said, I don't have any SRC, only SOC or similar.
He won't be happy with the others I think

thank you for translating this
i was looking for more info about the HW figure i found they used Zinc Alloy ? whats that lol
i also agree with you, for me this figure check most of my boxes, you can think about it as a smaller R version lol
but since i have the GX75 which is accurate to the anime and the Max Factory which is accurate to the SRW game, i wont mind this one been smaller
the throne alone is the main selling point for me

Like I said, I don't have any SRC, only SOC or similar. He won't be happy with the others I think I say don't concede or lower standards for the sake of getting something that's ultimately a filler piece for what you really want. It ends up being a complete waste of money sooner or later because you'll finally look at it and just plain get sick of wishing you bought what you were looking for and get that anyways. I understand looking at secondary prices and being hesitant but even if you can't afford it just knuckle down and start putting money aside whenever you can. For some reason the community as a whole we hate saving money and potentially going without things "right now" for the sake of grails but I'll tell you what I adopted the less is more mentality years back and I have never been happier with my collection. You've been talking about the Riobot for years and it's obvious that that's what you want.

You are so right Kuma. I don't want a filler piece, it's the Riobot I want.
On the other hand, I can't justify paying 1K for it. With the kids, the house and so on, I can only wish a reissue, at retail price.

There have been so many grails I thought I'd never own (Pose+ Goshogun most recently), but being tenacious and patient eventually paid off (sometimes I see an even better deal after taking a "good" deal).
