Dont worry, SOC Voltes V prices are proven to inflate over time. its also a good thing that most of the weapons shown are included. Now if only the demands of pre O are met. makes me wonder thou AmiAmi has still DX Voltes V for pre O yesterday. Hoping they have enough stocks to all the pre O for DX VV.
you know how things are with COVID19, people tend to cancel since they cant afford it
also AmiAmi could have another supplier since the price is a higher
at the end keep your eyes and your wallet open im sure it will be aviable later will try my best to get one

It's funny how a few years ago a $300 figure was something exceptional and not released often but now it has almost become the standard and you have to brace yourself for $500 figures instead. |

slow and tight everywhere my friend, on top of that Bandai saved the biggest price tags to the end of the year, which is a stupid move if you ask me

Hehe, for us old-timers, we used to consider "vintage toy collecting" as an expensive hobby  That's why most of us got into Soul of Chogokins to begin with. To scratch that super-robot-toy itch without breaking our bank accounts, and or our marriages, lolz. Fast forward to the present, it seems that Bandai has blurred the line separating the (price) difference between vintage and modern figures. For me, I'd think twice before blowing 600 bucks on a present-day-mass-produced figure. That same amount might score me a nice vintage piece that I can relate to, stuff that I drooled over in stores during my time growing up |

Dairugger is a solid figure you have to get! prices are still decent and I believe they will have a reissue soon. Try to catch one before they go high.
I totally agree with your point of view having bills to pay and covid pandemic it’s been tricky to keep the money coming in. Mortgage car payment, insurance, phone, groceries, life itself comes first.

Dairugar is one of top three gokin in my collection.
If you live in U.S. Yank can pick one up "around" $350 total.
Its well worth it. But id def expect a toy color version with silver or chrome limbs.

two points
1. yes we buy more than 1 figure per year but the prices are getting crazy thats why it became hard to keep up with the releases, not to mention covid
2, DONT wait for Dairugger getting ASAP, the price will fly away and you will hate your self, while the other stuff you went for instead of Dairugger are still available and actually got cheaper lol
its tricky to guess what will go high or what will became cheap but with some figure its really clear

Compared to the Miracle version which I think is a floppy fish, it's one of the best releases in the SoC line. |

Oh, that's what I meant by the first point. If this was the sort of hobby where we only buy one or two things a year $500 wouldn't be bad but we buy more than that, and unfortunately it puts us in situations where we have to delay or even outright not buy a figure we might want. The reason I felt safe delaying Dairugger is that so many places still have it in stock and prices seems stable, plus there's a reissue coming so I think I don't think I have to worry about paying scalper prices anytime soon. If I notice places selling out I'll probably expedite the purchase. |
