Thanks for posting those! I CAN'T WAIT for this figure. I didn't even realize this had DX style armor when I ordered it... BONUS!!! The only thing keeping me from buying this is the non-grill mouth. To me, proportion wise, this Gaiking looks considerably better then their Mazinger, Great Mazinger and Grendizer..

The Mazs look a bit 'off', almost like a great sculpt from the 90s or early 2000 garage kit look when the aesthetics are less refined, then add panel lines and details to modernize it. But not the same with their Gaiking, maybe the giant dragon head helps. |

Yeah, KA even fixed "the floating torso" on "naked" mode.
The dragon skull chest helped there too. Good ole dragon head haha.

One thing it immediately hits me is the size ...it's BIG.
Another thing was how solid and stable it looks.
magnet clasps are awesome!!
Thank you for posting this by the way. The reviewers are AWESOME. so jolly haha we really need happy folks these days.
Now On the negatives, the flat paint area and damaged parts dont look impressive as I thought it would...dont know what I'm expecting smoh...
The hip joints looks bit "thin."
Simple ball joints worry me about durability. I'm hoping "cups" are made of POM or nylon.
