I've had Gaiking for weeks. He looks beautiful, but unlike Great Mazinger & God Mazinger, he constantly falls apart whenever I move him or try to attach things to him. It's very frustrating.

So true! all gaikings has the same issues, GX27 cant have the star attached to the legs and on this one is better but some times the same too. I love the figure but not as much as i expected.

King Arts Gaiking Review
by robots_are_art
In case you missed it, here's my Unboxing uploaded in 4k:
This Combiner has everything and play value is unparallelled. While Bandai's DX armor is polished metal, this is plastic; but the inner robot is PACKED with DIECAST. It's different... but satisfying. Everything stays on pretty well thanks to magnets. The gimmick makes removal and assembly fun as components magically snap into place. My five year old daughter loves this feature, and I don't mind letting her in on the fun - the pieces feel more durable and scratch resistant than her playthings. If you have an extremely critical eye you may find a sprew mark or two... but overall quality is excellent. Paint is crisp, sharp and vivid.
CHECK OUT the SIZE!I've loved big robots all my life. Call me oldskool, but this thing's as big as a GoDaiKin - that's the gold standard for me. Here's how it scales with others:Bandai's armored gokins are works of art. But they don't do this....Double-ball-jointed hips allow a full split!Articulation is fantastic for a DX styled robot. Legs and elbows are single jointed so armor stays in place, but range of motion for the head and neck are 360° with respectable up/down capability. The waist feels a little wonky. But tilt and swivel allow some of the most natural poses of any Gaiking in my collection: I LOVE the battle damaged armor. But what's beneath is astonishing....I was AMAZED to find such HIGH DETAIL. Cut the lights, flip the switches and...FACE OPEN!!!
Every configuration imaginable looks spectacular. Possibilities are endless. THIS. IS. FUN.
There is one mindless design flaw:The Counter Crosses fit the armor perfectly - but they press flush against the shin. They stay in place, but pop off with the slightest brushing. Why didn't KA make a hole for the peg? Maybe next time.... So I leave the Counter Cross pieces off unless on display. I've waited years for a Gaiking of this magnitude. It's not a spoiler for me.This is my first King Arts figure, and I'm impressed. (So much so Grendizer is on the way!). It doesn't offer the perfection of an upper echelon Bandai release. Or the lustor and massive density of EX Gokin. But I am making room on my Sentinel shelf for a few of these. Because I've had as much fun with this figure over the last few weeks as a G1 Transformer. I just like to sit on the couch with my kids, take the armor off, admire the inner design... then SNAP it back on while watching Mecha Anime.
There's a place in my collection for that....

Awesome review!
Mine is on its way from BBTS!
Watched EVERY YT reviews previews and EVERYTHING. After KA God Mazinger, i have a high expectation, but Gaiking looks to have met it then some...
After handling SOC Gaiking, That one leg stand is inexplicable(?) to me..completely blown away.
I passed many other highend pieces for this guy. Im Very excited to get my hands on him.

Coletron thank you so much for the review. I love Gaiking too. I hadn’t seen any reviews on this one that I could understand so I was very hesitant. I think I’m going to grab one now. Thanks so much.

First KA product for me and love LOVE IT!! Just too damn sweeeet!!
Amazed of all extra pieces and accessories in the two trays. No complaints on mine but I haven’t tested the lights yet. Just going to admire it for awhile.

Will do.
I wont leave cons section of the review empty, that's guaranteed.
I will find at least THREE (to five) areas KA should improve on, however minor they might be.
