Threezero is doing an online even this weekend, so hopefully we'll be getting more DLX and Robo Dou announcements. Expecting an Iron Man or other Marvel DLX, and maybe the Griffon and Mecha Luffy Robo Dou? Personally hoping for Ultron, Starscream, Griffon, and Mazinger Z.

I have to say that I have been really happy with my Ingram type 1. It is a solid figure and sits on my home desk and so has endured a lot of changed posing 😊
Just had news that my Eva unit 1 has been dispatched so excited to see how that one has turned out (strange no reviews online yet!
Great news that further patlabor figures are on the way.

I wish there was a weathered/damaged version. This one looks good, but the paintjob looks kind of... flat for a Threezero figure.

I agree, it feels a bit under whelming...but looking at it you know its gonna be a proper figure...u can also check out their review of the flame toys Arkham batman...that thing has some wonderful shapes in the design.

Just got my Robo-Dou Eva 1 in and this thing is AWESOME!! Definitely a great figure and very heavy, seems to be a good amount of metal included. Paint job is excellent and it is pretty big! I still wish she was bigger than DLX Optimus Prime, but much more substantial than I thought I had imagined. I think I may even like the EVA 1 MORE than Optimus Prime, and it might be my favorite of the threezero gokins so far. Only gripe from me is the lack of bicep swivel, but otherwise articulation is great!

I thought the same about the paint job from product photos, but in hand it looks really, really good. The green bits really pop a lot and the shade of purple they used is kind of in between regular EVA 1 purple and "Night Combat" EVA 1.

Is there not a swivel closer to the shoulder that could act like a bicep swivel?

Is there not a swivel closer to the shoulder that could act like a bicep swivel? Yeah I think all the movement comes from the shoulder and wrists which have a really good range. When I first opened mine though all the joints were super tight, so I actually had to play around with it and look at the instructions to see where I could move it at. Overall, it has a really good range of movement.

Hey guys.
Here is MY take on the Test Type 1!
In short: Get him while it'S HOT!
"EDITED" For RJ: "The front part" of thighs and lower legs ARE plastic...sorry about the confusion.

This is a SUPERB figure.
The sculpt and paint is NOT "laser sharp" as Bandai, but the price/quality ratio...proportion. Joints are FAR superior.
IMHO, the front view of the head sculpt is also (subjectively) better then its "competitor."
I am especially floored by the sturdiness of its joints.
Highly recommended.

This is such a great figure!! I've been trying to hype it up since I got it back in January, really looking forward to Eva 02 and 00 Kai. Really interested to see what they do with Iron Man, and of course really the SIEGE Optimus and Megatron. I just wish their delivery times were more on point, but I seriously think Threezero may be my second favorite bot maker behind Bandai. Pose + is great too, but with regular price of admission being $400-500, it's not as welcoming as I'd like- especially when I can get 2-4 of these guys for the same price.

Would have got one, if I am not a bit burnt out on Evas. Find myself just buy them in the past but rarely opens them. My 2 Metal Builds are still unopened in storage. This is indeed a solid release with a welcoming price tag.

It's PG-13 so delve at your OWN risk!!
Disturbing, butt entertaining as ever.
