Is there really NO other way to get these DX Macross on a pre O price? I can't justify the double price tag on these DX figures. Plus the horror of staying up late to put a pre O. Life is hard enough, dont make it more harder Bandai😭

Harmony Gold cucks us Western Fans and Bandai can only make so many copies.

Life is hard enough, dont make it more harder Bandai😭 if you were not able to get it on preorder night, then the only chance is for reopens from amiami, cdjapan, amazon,jp , hlj, and hobbysearch. We won't know when or if those those will have extras or cancellations. But the chances are there, expeccially near release date. So all you can do is be ready. Preorder nights are not easy but it gives you the highest chance of getting it for msrp, I mean at least you were right there, standing by and ready. Just have to get use to the speed and routine of placing a fast order. also please be open minded.... if you keep on saying double the price tag, your mind will start to think it. and before you know it, you will not be happy with the purchase. The msrp is 19800 yen (with jp tax included) That is the price without shipping. that is the msrp if you flight to Japan to get it at the store. double msrp would be 39600 yen (with jp tax included) .. this does not include international shipping, which can add cost of $45 to $90 depending on store and shipping company. Shipping is shipping. so evening if you can get the item at msrp of 19800 yen ($190 USD) you will still need to pay the shipping which can be $45 to $90. So your actual shipped MSRP price would be something in the price range of $235USD - $280USD. There were some stores that were able to do it for a bit cheaper due to their shipping discount. So believe it or not. If you can find one for $300 shipped, then you are paying only around $20-65 more. than msrp and not double. only $20-$60 more.. only $20 to $60 more.. .. hope this will make you feel better when you look at the market prices.

OK those are 2 things. LoL

OK those are 2 things. LoL That is valid but also keep in mind the popularity of this particular trim of VF-1S. Arguably, the Fokker is the most well-known mudderfokker of the Valks. So, you play your odds. We all have a threshold we would and would not cross. If you have yours, then all good. Truly hope it works out for you...it just was not a risk I could take because well, I needed this fokker.

Preordered from AE. The fokking Fokker needs the enhancement parts to look like well, the motherfokking Fokker.

alot of valid points were made regarding the prices, my take is simple if you cant afford pass on it, specially in these times, Ive cancelled some of my preorders hoping i can get them later, also i try to get the stuff that i really really want first, or stuff that will be really hard to get due to the asking prices, at the end every one of us have his own plan and his own list
now regarding this super parts set, i already got the first patch (just to force my self to get the focker lol)
but main point you mean to tell me that Bandai will reissue the super parts set but wont give focker a reissue ? thats focking annoying im sure alot of collectors want focker more than the set

I'm willing to pay $280-$300 aftermarket pricing. But no way in hell am I going to preorder anything from eBay. I will only purchase if the seller has it in hand.

If I really have to go out of my way to get a VF-1S Fokker, I would pick the upcoming GBP set instead.

Though I do have an order of the movie Strike Pack sitting in Nippon-Yasan limbo, so I kind of got that covered. <shrugs right back>

While true, I would take GBP over that any day. Though I do have an order of the movie Strike Pack sitting in Nippon-Yasan limbo, so I kind of got that covered. <shrugs right back> Fokk yeah. Looks like you got it fokking managed. Only if NY pulled it off. But fortunately, unlike other folks, I managed to get Marine to reply my ticket and going to follow up on my Strike Pack order. They sold them out, but promise to find me one and updated my shipping method to DHL. So that's better than none. Hopefully it won't be sitting in limbo for another year. So that's my plan, waiting for the GBPs for the vanilla DX VF-1 I've missed.

Yeah...NY is unlikely to get any business from me for awhile. Not after the recent fiascos. No fokking way.

I mean, we should be warning people everywhere about this crap that NY is pulling. Never buying from them ever again.
