What are your suggestions for these sites? Depending on what you’re looking for it varies but robotoybase is my favorite and ShowZ is another. Theres couple Gundam sites if you’re into Gundam. I wanted to buy the next Metal Robot Damashii, Freedom, Providence...where can I buy these once they're released...? thanks ;-) |

I'm completing my MB collection with them. |

After a month still no reply for the ticket staff.. I ask the chat support.. Same old story.. Said will ask the support team to reply to me ASAP.. Which will not happen.. 500 dollars pocketed by the scammers..

To update this thread as well.... Today, Paypal has closed my case against NY in my favor.  Payment Date: Dec 10, 2020 Dispute Start Date: Jan 11, 2021 Refund Date: Jan 27, 2021 Nippon-Yasan never responded to ANY messages from Paypal. At this point, they are on my "NEVER BUY FROM" list. They were good to me from 2012 through 2018 (my last successful transaction with them). Sad LOL! I just realized that I made an additional $4 due to the currency fluctuation. That's better than any CD or time deposit for roughly a month's time.  |

A local vendor has recently wrote in a facebook post that he learned from their Kotobukiya's japanese distributor that NY has its VISA revoked. They owe a lot of money to distributors and unless someone decides to invest in them or buy them, he doubt new POs will be fullfilled.

Got official news : - Bandai is cutting NY from selling oversea its products (this was asked/ordered long time ago and turns to be effective) - Distributors started to route Bandai product slots/POs to others retailers. - NY does not have the stock and won't. They are probably trying to get it via different distributors but seems to fail. - They are refunding PO and orders under the 180 days paypal limit. Beyond, it's like a death lottery. -> best is to avoid this shop for ever and boost Thrust pilot website comments. -> for overseas buyers they are many good reliable shops. Time to refresh the shops thread at Robot Japan  -> Some shops already changed their offers by offering Pay later option. Hope you don't loose too much. I had my DX Volt in box refunded but probably will loose SOC Goldimarg R, SOC Black wing and minor accessories for DX VF-1. |

Hmmm...looks like I will be losing some orders as well. Sucky thing is that they are purchased with store credits, so can't really get back my Paypal money from more than a year ago. So either they are decent enough to honor and ship out existing orders they have in stock, or just have to say bye bye to my cash. Fortunately, none of the orders are super high priority stuff that would get me very upset. Oh well...
