Any one heard of okini land store? Found a soc i was looking for but never heard of them before I've bought from them 3 or 4 times with no problem. Got my SOC DaiRugger and some DX Valkyries there. |

With POs getting harder and harder to secure, I think I have to start looking into Okini Land as well. Do they put up POs on time (4pm Japan time)? Or kind of random or slower than others?

If I'm remembering right, normal POs go up on time, but exclusives go up at some random time on a later date after they've secured stock. Been a while though... |

Whats your thoughts on TF Source online store? They're okay. Prob one of BBTS biggest competitors for 3rd party TF figures in the US. I used to use them a lot but recently stopped. TFS has a "Stack" system similar to BBTS "Pile of Loot" where you can store in their warehouse until you have over $150 worth of merch for free shipping. BUT TFS does not have a days remaiing counter on each item. I randomly got an email 1 day saying "your item has been in Stack for too long and is about to be shipped." I emailed back saying I have a few more items incoming this month, I'm just waiting for them to get free shipping. 2 days later they shipped my single $19.99 item and charged me $13 for priority mail. After that I cancelled every preorder with them and went elsewhere. This happened a few months back. I also notice a new practice of TFS that is similar to Nippon Yasan. They now do this thing, where if an items is very popular, it would become "sold out" and then reappear with a higher price. Ugh. |

I stopped shopping there after they ghosted my email enquiry….CS is important ALMOST as price.
to unsubscribe, I’d have to sign in their site….what a PIA. They won’t let you unsubscribe from email they send out. I know its not a huge deal but man, annoying things just add up.

Same reason N-Y lost almost their entire customer base, because bad customer service. Of course TFS has not gone to the level of NOT sending the products like N-Y. |

Can one assume that one of their issues was taking pre-orders for some items and they didn't meet the demand?

If the rumors of someone running off with the company money is true, and that seems all but confirmed now, it's more likely they were having financial issues and couldn't pay company expenses and what they owed to suppliers, and so used customers' money to delay things. |

It's about time they shut down and stop stealing money from suckered new customers. I bet there were still a bunch of people waiting on their preorders that were fully paid for but is now beyond Paypal protection and cannot get their money back. At least now the site cannot steal any more money.

But they have the nerves to keep updating the site as if they still keep getting new items and keep luring people not in the knowing to fall for their trap. It is just terrible! Very happy to see that the site is down, and they are gone for good. |
