Nice thing about these kind of photos are that at least it shows where we need to be ginger with. I’m cool with everything except that green lion’s broken back….that joint should have been nice strong construction nail steel. Now we know we need to be most gentle with it. you know when you love something so much you just failed to see any negatives about it, you need a guy chilling at the corner to point these out for you lol
in what world having ton of QC is cool man ? for the price tag it should be flawless, this could happens to any of us, what make the $700 that the owner of the pictures paid less valuable than the rest ? they should check every unit carefully, this didn't happened in any of the DX SOC releases
do you remember my Spazer accident ? i need a figure that could take similar accidents lol not to broken while i try to combine it
this could be an isolated case but the fact that this exists is disturbing
Lets not forget the flawed one was a sampler. The figure isnt even officially out yet. Its one isolated case and we don't know yet if it is indicative of the majority of the batches. Those people who immediately cancelled their preorders from viewing this one posting had me shaking my head. Some people were ready to crucify this project from day 1. lol

There is no brand with a 0% failure rate... besides from the look of those pics it seems that thing took a nice beat. I can't imagine all that failures in a single unit, when all others are flawless. Try be reasonable guys...

what happened with the DX Voltes ?
Volt Lander wont connect to the Volt Frigate ? there was a fix for it, if im not mistaken but even if there isnt the figure weight will keep it in place
that was no way near this QC its a simple case of poor assembly, there is also a clip for the blue lion legs been very loose
Volt Lander not connecting properly, and in rare cases Volt Bomber not having the connection piece for Volt Cruiser. These are obviously far worse, but I'm hoping it's a case of mishandling, or very bad QC luck. When the figure is released and more people have it in hand we'll know for sure how bad it is.

thats even worse man, imagine if you are a reviewer and got a damage unit
the reason why im not holding my breath mainly because its 5pro QC is normal with them

oh yea i remember those now, at least with Bandai you know you are getting replacement parts , not sure if 5pro became better with that

There's just something off to me about that one singular person's experience with the broken parts. Yes, its a sampler and yes, it should be better quality if its a sampler, but I almost feel like the person subjected it to an excessive durability test. That thing look beat to s**t, if you ask me. The truth will come out irregardless about the QC once the production batches hit the streets. I'm not trippin. From the other posted videos, the quality looked legit. I got my $638 saved up for Brandon. Ready to pay at any moment when payment is due. Let's go!

i was thinking the same thing all of the lions have issues except the red lion ? then i saw the green lion breakage its due to poor manufacturing
but i really hope you guys get what you paid for and they deliver

The worst image is that broken green lions leg pivot. I'm going to assume from my own experience fixing fantasy jewel red and green lions tails that the piece was broken during disassembly to fix the tail. Tge tail would be easy to fix but that leg piece is trash. I don't know of any good way to fix that where it won't break right off the first time you move the leg.the other issues aren't so bad.

Another head scratcher is the lions in those pics look like they’re not painted and are just molded in their respective color of plastic. At least it appears that way. $700 means it better Have an exceptional paint job. A little suspect. 🤔

two things main things from the video
1 the guy misplaced the yellow and the blue lions (honest mistake no worries)
2 the figure weight on his scale it shows 1.5KG while in the promo clip it was 2.26KG ? did they put it on a diet or something before the release ? lol, its a bit heavier than the DX Voltes V
to be honest its better, figures over 2KG are a nightmare to handle at least for me

still something is odd, notice when he picked the figure the scale showed 110G with nothing on it
also the weight (with the sword) was between 2.402g to 2.414g, i think this scale is also broken

Yeah. It is always the legs of the Megazord and Voltron I have issues remembering which goes where.

Interesting video comparison review between the quality of the DX Voltes V vs Blitzway Golion/Voltron. The reviewer initially was tough on the Blitzway but later amended his several of his viewpoints after comparing it with the DX Voltes V.
He says, "To be honest, there's no robot action figure that can beat the first impression of Golion in the world yet (probably). I need to see what's coming up, but this has the best impression for now."

I hope Bandai uses the Blitzway mould as template for DX Golion!
