Wasn’t this supposed to be released last month? Can’t find any news about if it was delayed. I know there are already reviews and unboxing videos so what’s the holdup?

allow me to fill you in
this is from a guy who translated a post from Blitzway FB
they are admitting there is some QCs, and they are saying they will make sure that every unit is flawless (i respect that to be honest) owning their mistakes, for me i still think its over priced and for that price the figure MUST be flawless at least
the other part is what im not sure about, are they going after anyone who gave a negative review about their product, or just that "another company"

Litigation def is for the competitor company….NOT individual consumer who actually bought the product and has expressed his “disappointment.”
Legitimate users who actually bought the product can and should express disappointments and cons all they want. Blitz 5Pro readily accepts QC issues that rose due monitoring problem at the factory in question. Blitz 5Pro specifically expressed that it welcomes all and any constructive criticism towards its products from consumers who actually handled the product 1st hand and will honor the warranty when needed.
Seems, according to the post, it’s upset that it’s competitor is taking this opportunity to engage in smear campaign and Blitz5Pro’s not having that. Because Blitz is using domestic law, I’m going to “assume” it’s another Korean boutique toy maker that’s causing “systemic”problems.
If you are still waiting for your order to fulfill, than you should be in a better place as B5 is going to monitor the Factory closer going forward.
Please feel free to correct, edit and add to my take on the translation.

Well, that's assuming that those unfulfilled orders aren't already produced and just sitting in some port waiting to be unloaded. Because if that's the case, there's no point on monitoring the factory.

So, what I'm reading here is: Stick with Bandai. I'd give Blitzway props for owning that they have QC problems. If it was Bandai, as they are right now, they wouldn't even care if the product is defective. For example, the really hyped up and in demand SH Figuarts Ultraman Tiga that was released last year has a painted flexible rubber torso where the paint simply rubs off even by just holding the figure. The entire initial production run was like that. No recall or acknowledgment of the defect that I am aware of. In recent years Japanese consumers have become more and more vocal about the poor quality of Bandai products through social media and negative product reviews. It's not just Bandai though, the same poor quality issues are cropping up with regularity for Takara Tomy products too.

Showz Store just emailed today to fill Preorder balance... I am still hesitating on this piece ; that's a hell of price. Regarding the quality and price it is like a premium combiner boxset.

if i were in your place, i would ask them to open and check if there is any QC issues
after the send a confirmation email you can ship it, otherwise DONT risk it you will end up paying more for shipping back and forth
couple of friends reported they got charged but they are not sure if they want they will get a flawless unit

Does anyone know what the QC issues are specifically? Is there a common issue to look out for?

Gold I don't think the delays are due to them fixing anything. I think the delays are due to logistics and shutdowns from COVID in China. Luck of the draw when you get yours.

Does anyone know what the QC issues are specifically? Is there a common issue to look out for? From 4 pages back: robotjapan.proboards.com/thread/26173/blitzway-carbotix-voltron?page=16Generally, it seems to be breakage from improper handling and not actual production flaws. But replacing the batteries for the feet lions does carry some big risks it seems? Gold

you are right
the world is still recovering from COVID there is some huge production delays
thats why you cant get a MSRP PS5
some new cars comes with less features
and now thanks to the war and gas prices you could foresee a spike in prices
very dark times im telling you
i remember this guy
he said that the 5pro is better balanced than the SOC BEFORE he handle it
now he made himself and 5pro looks bad, not only this but he kinda trolled them for their QC's

So the paint rubs on some of my SoCs and the Masterpiece figures are not just me? Yeah......damn. I just got my Goodsmile Thunder Gridman and man is the paint strangely solid when compared to handling Bandai or Takara. I mean good God.
