So, wasn't there a Chogokin version of the Mecha-Gojira a few years ago?
The new one looks to be about 2.5 inches taller.

Freaking Bandai. smh. There's so many other viable super robot choices to still do and yet they decide on doing this. Hopefully we get Albegas before GX-200. I'll be in my sixties (46 years old currently) by the time GX-200 comes around. Honestly, I just wish either Action Toys or Pose+ can just deliver Albegas so I can give my longest middle finger to Bandai and be done with hoping/waiting. I want a quality chogokin Albegas, but the requirement does not have to be that it must be an SOC version. Ok, rant over. No disrespect to the Kiryu or Godzilla fans in any way.
i totally agree with you Albegas is on my list as well along with some super robots that Bandai did in old line so i always scratch my head when they announce something odd like this
regarding the upcoming Albegas, Action Toys and Pose + have same toy designer, he said he did his best with the Action Toys and he recommended that we buy it
my longest middle is ready to dispatch at any second lol, i know that the good old people in Bandai left due to age or other reasons and the new staff are bunch of noobs
if any other company did something i love i will buy it in a heart beat (if i can) will not wait for Bandai or any other

Again for those complaining and frustrated, I get it. But per what I've posted before from my days at TBDX: Remember, Bandai hates you.

S_Gokin I think you can fix the thread title now so it'll be possible to find it in search...
"MechaGodzilla" should be in the title somewhere

So, wasn't there a Chogokin version of the Mecha-Gojira a few years ago? Bandai made a chogokin version back in 2002 with its GD-45 Mecha Godzila. Was not part of the Soul of Chogokin line. (Picture is not mine.)

Looks very nice. 23 cm tall with all the gimmick . Won’t be cheap. Swappable heads(one close mouth and one open mouth), could be just one head do it all…

Dang, 35000yen is becoming the norm, even for Bandai SOC, on a non-combiner/transformer and not that big either. Does look pretty cool.

The tail looks incredible, and the color-changing lights are a very nice touch. They really seem to have loaded it up with features. It could be a formidable opponent for GX-97 Daileon in the glass arena. I hope that somewhere out there kaiju boards are going nuts for this.

I still have my DX version from 2002. All plastic though. How much diecast content is GX-103 supposed to have?
