I've ordered many items from Anime Export over the years, with no issues of any kind that I can remember. The latest item I ordered from them is the GX-100X Gaiking & Daikumaryu Enhanced Option Set. They were one of the few stores that sold it. I don't remember ever having any issues with their packing methods, or receiving any items from them that were damaged in transit, or ever receiving a dented/crushed box.
